| In order to analysis the explained the changes of physiological biochemistry of Pinot Noir under water stress. Wine grape cultivar Pinot Noir as experimental materials of greenhouse in college of enology , Under water stress condition,the Proline,MDA,the soluble protein and the soluble sugar content of Pinot Noir Leaf were determined. With comparison of natural irrigation, the content of ABA,GA,IAA of Pinot Noir were determined by using HPLC. The effects of Ca2+ on main drought resistance physiological indexes of grape seedling were studied in this article. With 0, 0.5,1.0和1.5 mmol/L CaCl2 spraying to seedling of Pinot Noir under water stress condition. Comparison with spraying water(control).The results indicated as below:1. With comparison of natural irrigation, Water stress could increase the Proline and MDA content of grape leaf and decrease the soluble protein and soluble sugar content. During the course of water stress, the Proline and MDA content have on rise tendency.2. With comparison of natural irrigation, During the course of water stress, the content of ABA shows drops firstly and then rises in the Pinot Noir when GA,IAA decreased.3. With comparison of CK, The Ca2+ could increase soluble sugar content ,peroxidase(POD) and catalase(SOD) enzyme activity, and decrease MDA content,alleviate chlorophyll decomposition.CaCl2 treatments increased soluble sugar content by 46.4%~60.1% compared with control during water stress process, increased SOD and POD enzyme activity by 18.4%~66.6%and 1.5%~2.5% respectively, and increased Chl.a content by 3.1%~9.4%,while decreased MDA content by 8.1%~23.4%, CaCl2 treatments effect on protection to Chl.a was obvious but ineffective to Chl.b. The effect of 1.0 mmol/L CaCl2 among the treatments was the best. |
