In this paper, four experiments were conducted to study and research the effect of dihydromyricetin on intestinal mucosal morphology and immune function of broilers, and to provide a theoretical basis for the use of DMY as the new green additive in broilers production. In the first stage, the normal intestinal mucosa and acute injury broilers were fed with DMY to observe DMY,s Regulatory mechanism to the intestinal mucosa. In the second stage, DMY was added to Diets of the normal intestinal mucosa and acute injury broilers, and they were fed continually to observe the effect to the two broilers, immune system and to clear the eligibl amount of DMY. The results as follows:1.Administration of 100 mg / kg?bw DMY can significantly increase the broilers duodenal villus height, duodenal AKP activity, Ileum intraepithelial lymphocytes number and the area of Duodenal IgA + positive material(P<0.05).2. After infection, AKP activity was significantly lower in Broilers duodenum and jejunum epithelial cells (P <0.05); Intestinal AKP activity significantly increased after administration of 200 mg / kg ? bw DMY (P <0.05), and intestinal mucosa shape was significantly improved than infection control group; immune function of infection control group was damaged seriously, and their lymphocytes were less than all DMY administration Group's. And IgA~+ was significantly increased in the small intestine IgA~+ of 100 mg dose administration group (P <0.05)3. The broiler group's production performance was significantly increased, immune organs development also obviously improved and AKP activity of duodenum cells was higher than control group when 0.025% DMY was added in their Diets(P<0.05); And added 0.025 %~0.05 % DMY, there was a noticeable effectiveness in the improvement of broilers intestinal mucosa morphous(P<0.05); 0.025% DMY can increase obviously The number of lymphocytes in the duodenum and intestinal IgA~+ areal density(P <0.05).4. After infection to broilers, in the duodenum, the villus of infection control group were shorter than control group's(P<0.05), Recess deepened, mucosal thickness thinningzed and the intestinal mucosa seriously damaged. However 0.025%~0.05% DMY was beneficial to resumption of intestinal mucosa pattern; 0.1% DMY in diets broilers, production trait was better than infection control group(P<0.05); 0.05% DMY Add Group's AKP activity and IgA + positive area were significantly higher than the infection control group's (P <0.05). These showed that 0.05%~0.1% DMY added in broilers diets can effectively reduce E. coli infection's caused broiler intestinal mucosal immune system injury, and can decrease the production performance of broilers because of E. coli infections.
