| Short-chain fatty acids play an important role in maintaining animal intestinal flora balance and improving immunity.In order to find a green,environmentally friendly,safe short-chain fatty acid feed additive,glucose was used as a carrier to design and synthesize glucose tributyrate,and its growth performance,serum biochemical index and immune performance were measured.influences.The target product,glucose tributyrate,was obtained by three-step reaction of benzaldehyde protection,esterification and deprotection using D-anhydrous glucose as a raw material.Through the small test and pilot production,a total of 350 g of the target product was prepared.The chemical structures of the obtained intermediate product and the target product were confirmed by ~1H-NMR,~1C-NMR and MS.The acute toxicity and long-term toxicity of glucose tributyrate were measured using mice.The feeding trial was designed using a single factor,completely randomized trial.A total of 160 healthy 7-day-old AA broilers were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,1 control group and 3 experimental groups,with 4 replicates in each group and 10 chickens in each group.There was no significant difference in body weight between the groups(P>0.05).A basic diet supplemented with 0.05%glucose tributyrate in Group I basal diet;a base diet supplemented with 0.1%glucose tributyrate in Group II diet;0.2%in Group III basal diet the basic diet of glucose tributyrate;the IV group was a blank group and fed the basic diet.The duration of the trial period was 32 days.To study the effects of glucose tributyrate on the production performance and slaughter performance of AA broilers,and to study the glucose tributyrate on AA by measuring the serum biochemical indexes,immune indexes,intestinal mucosal morphology and intestinal flora of AA broilers.The immune function of broilers and the effects of intestinal health.Research indicates:(1)Acute toxicity test in mice showed no toxicity at the oral dose of 5000 mg/kg.Long-term toxicity test on mice showed that the mice grew normally and showed no toxicity after continuous gavage for 45 days at the dose of 500 mg/kg,which could be used for the following broiler feeding test.(2)Feeding experiment results showed that adding 0.05%,0.1%and 0.2%glucose tributyrate into the diet could improve the average daily intake and average daily weight gain of broiler chickens and reduce the feed weight ratio.The average daily food intake and average daily weight gain of group I,II and III were significantly higher than those of the blank group IV(P<0.05).The weight ratio of IV group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in slaughter rate,semi-clean chamber rate,fully clean chamber rate and chest muscle rate between the groups(P>0.05).At the age of 28 days,leg muscles of group III were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05),with 1.77%,1.80%and 3.77%higher,respectively.At the age of 48 days,the leg muscles of group I,group II and group III were significantly higher than those of the blank group IV(P<0.05),with an increase of 2.94%,3.31%and 4.55%,respectively.(3)Serum TP content of groups II and III was significantly higher than that of group IV(P<0.05).At 42 days of age,serum ALT activity of groups I,II,and III was significantly lower than that of group IV(P<0.05).Blood BUN content in groups II and III was significantly lower than that in group IV(P<0.05).The intestinal bacteria culture experiment showed that at the age of 28 days,there was no significant difference in the number of lactic acid bacteria and e.coli between the groups(P>0.05).At the age of 42 days,there was no significant difference in the number of lactic acid bacteria between the groups(P>0.05).The number of e.coli in group III was significantly lower than that in group I,II and IV blank groups(P<0.05).(4)Intestinal bacteria culture experiment showed that at the age of 28 days,there was no significant difference in the number of lactic acid bacteria and e.coli between the groups(P>0.05).At the age of 42 days,there was no significant difference in the number of lactic acid bacteria between the groups(P>0.05).The number of e.coli in group III was significantly lower than that in group I,II and IV blank groups(P<0.05).(5)Jejunal villus height and chorionic gland ratio in group III were significantly higher than those in group IV(P<0.05).Ileum villus height and chorionic gland ratio in group III were significantly higher than those in other groups,and crypt depth was lower than that in other groups(P<0.05).Duodenal villus height and chorionic gland ratio in group III were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The duodenal crypt depth of groups II and III was significantly lower than that of group IV(P<0.05).To sum up,under the conditions of this experiment,adding 0.05%,0.1%and 0.2%glucose tributyrate into the feed can to some extent improve the growth performance and leg muscle rate of broilers,reduce the feed weight ratio,increase the content of serum TP and ALB,reduce the activity of serum ALT and the content of serum BUN,and improve bursa index and thymus index.In addition,the addition of glucose tributyrate can reduce the number of e.coli bacteria in the intestinal tract of broiler chickens at the later stage,and to some extent improve the length of small intestinal villi,reduce the depth of crypto,and improve the ratio of chorionic glands. |
