Study On Climatic Regionalization For Wine-Grapein Ningxia

Based on the climatic data(from 1996 to 2004)of reprentaticve 22 counties in Ningxia,mean temperature,extreme temperature,precipation,and insolation in differentperiod(year,April to October,July,August,September)were studied.According to these indexes,sum of active temperature(∑T),sum of effective temperature,hydrothermal coefficient(K) and relative illumination rate(Sc) were computed.The climatic characteristics of Ningxia were appraised,the climatic factors of influential grapevine were analysed,and the program of climatic regions suitable for grapevine in Ningxia were advanced.The main results obtained as following:1. Ningxia is located northwest interior arid area, the light hotresources superiority obvious, dry, the diurnal temperature differencebig, land resource rich, also has directs the yellow irrigation and soon the advantage, but each meteorological factor and so on placetemperature, precipitation, illumination is been remarkable the manykinds of factors influence difference, for carries on brews alcoholthe grape region research to provide the basis.2.The indexes for regionalization of grapevine in Ningxia:The first index:sum of active temperature,The secondary index:hydrothermal coefficient.(1)The standard of the first regionAccording to the sum of active temperature(∑T)of growing season( from 4 to 10),Ningxia was divided into 4 climatic regions(the first region):Ⅰ: Cool region,∑T<2800℃Ⅱ: Moderate region,2800≤∑T<3300℃,Ⅲ: Warm region,3300≤∑T<3800℃,Ⅳ: Hot region,∑T≥3800℃,From the heat,the four regions are the ideal areas for grapevine except specific regions.(2)The standard of the secondary regionAccording to hydrothermal coefficient(K,from 8 to 9),every first region was divided into 3 sub-regions: A.High quality sub-region,K<1.0,B.Good quality sub-region,1.0≤K≤1.5,C.Ordinary quality sub-region,K>1.53.The draft of regionalization for grapevine in Ningxia:According to these indexes,the grapevine regions in Ningxia were divided into 3 first regions and 6 sub-regions.The foundmental programs as following:ⅠB:Xiji.ⅠC:Jingyuan.ⅡB:Haiyuan,Mahuangshan.ⅡC:Guyuan,Pengyang.ⅢA:Huinong,Yanchi,Zhongwei,Weizhou,Tongxin,Taole,Yinchuan,Zhongning, Wuzhong.ⅣA:Dawukou.In these regions,ⅢA andⅣA are the most iddal areas for grapevine, But Yanchi,Weizhou, Mahuangshan in satisfiesin the grape vegetal period regarding the moisture content need, alsomay brew alcohol grape's fine area as the development;Some zones may be suitable for producting grapevine and wine in specific regions,and which needs to be studied further.4. The synthetic study of meteorological factor to influence Wine-grape quality; The regions in the north of Xingren,Tongxin,Weizhou,Mahuangshan,are most suitable to development wine-grape; Cultivation wine-grape of Separatrix is carries on with difficul,because of Natural disaster frequent occurrence, Such as Arid,Hail,Frost etc.
