On the base of summarizing and analyzing the existing state of domestic and foreign research, through the comprehensive method of theory analysis and experiments. Starting with the motion and dynamic analysis in the assembled axial flow device, establish motion mode of grain which lays a solid foundation for the development of model machine.1. Analyze the motion of the grain and establish motion mode of grain in the assembled axial flow device. Simulating the motion model, obtain relation curves of grain angular displacement and velocity and time, analyze the effects of each parameter.2. Observing and analyszing the motion condition of grain had been photographed on line by the high-speed photography in the assembled axial flow device, obtain the motion trace and velocity of grain and contrast the result with those motion models ,the result indicate the test according to those motion models3. Analyze the force of the grain and establish dynamic mode of grain in the assembled axial flow device. Simulating the dynamic model, obtain relation curves of grain force regularities of distribution, analyze the influence regularity of different factors such as apex distance, rotor speed, feeding rate on force of grain in the threshing and separating space.4. Analyze the distortion of the grain and establish stress mode of grain in the assembled axial flow device. Simulating the stress model, obtain relation curves of grain stress regularities of distribution, analyze the influence regularity of different factors on stress of grain in the threshing and separating space, determine pull-out mixture regularities of distribution.5. Test study on mixture rule of separation assembled axial flow devices, obtain the mixture rules of distribution along axial directions and analyze the influence regularity of different factors on mixture of grain in the threshing and separating space.
