| Harvesting is a very important link in the production of naked oat.At present,the mechanization of naked oat in China is at a relatively low level,and there are problems such as single harvesting machinery and mismatch between harvesting machinery and crops.Threshing and separating device is the core of the harvest machinery device,to improve the quality of naked oats harvest,developed by naked oats single axial flow threshing and separating installation,by testing the naked oats ear even relay determine appropriate moisture content,using high speed camera technology and wireless dynamic monitoring technology combined with experimental study,the naked oats single axial flow threshing and separating installation performance experiment research.(1)A single axis flow spike tooth naked oat threshing and separation test rig was developed.It is mainly composed of high speed camera system,stress and strain system,conveying device,feeding device,threshing and separation device,monitoring system,etc.Choose the nail-toothed threshing element.The MCGS configuration software platform is used to develop the functions of data acquisition and switching control.The stress monitoring in threshing and separation process is realized by wireless transmission technology.(2)Under different water content conditions,the universal material testing machine was used to test the head connection of Pepsi No.2 bare oat.The connections between the head of ear and stalk,stalk and stem,stalk and stem were obtained.(3)By using high-speed camera technology,the threshing process of bare oat in the all-tooth single axis flow threshing drum was filmed,data collection and data processing analysis,and the movement rule of bare oat entering the separation space was obtained.The movement of grain and broken ear in the space of separation was observed and analyzed,and the motion parameters were obtained to provide data basis for subsequent stress calculation.(4)The single factor test was carried out with the roller speed,feeding amount and concave grid spacing as the test factors,and the purification rate,broken ear rate,residual rate,total loss rate,power and separation stress as the evaluation indexes.The selection range of parameters of each factor and the influence of each factor on stress are obtained: the increase of drum speed,the increase of stress value and frequency of stress change;With the increase of feeding amount,the stress value increases,and the stress change frequency decreases first and then increases.With the increase of the spacing between concave grids,the stress value decreases and the frequency of stress change increases.(5)Three factors and three levels of orthogonal test,drum speed,feeding amount,concave grid spacing as the test factors,striking force peak,brush force range,total loss rate,purification rate,broken head rate as the evaluation index.The optimal parameters of each factor were obtained: the rotating speed of the drum was 600r/min,the feeding amount was 1.0kg/s,and the spacing of concave grid was 11 mm.The results of the verification test show that the purification rate is 95.7%,the rate of broken ear is 3.29%,the total loss rate is 0.84%,the peak of striking stress is 45.62 MPa,and the stress range of comb and brush is 10.11 MPa ~ 19.25 MPa.Meet national standards for naked oat harvesting. |
