Design And Realization Of Intelligent WEB Management System Of Pests In Tea Gardens

Under the guidance of software engineering thought, we refined the corresponding control techniques for the main pests in tea gardens.The Tea Garden Pest Intelligence WEB Management System (abbreviate: TeaPest-IMS), which possessed the high visuality, the easily operation and artificial intelligence characteristics, was established by using the newest network technology of ASP.NET 2.0 and expert system technology. TeaPest-IMS will effectually be referred to manage pests, supply managers of tea farms and farmers with controlling pest techniques being high visual and intuitive.At the same time, aiming at the main problems relating with the pest management in tea gardens, covering the steps, including the finding of the pest, the identification of the pest, the unserstanding of pest behaviour, the analysis of the dynamic of the pest occurrence, and the decision-making system was provided to senioe forecasters.The TeaPest-IMS contains several main concrete functions following as:1) The identification of pests in tea gardensAccording to the different using characteristics of users, the system offered three types of pest identifying methods, i.e. the morphological characteristics identification, spectrum recognition and key list identification.2) The forcasting of pests in tea gardensTaking the tea green leafhopper as example, the system realiazed the forcasting to tea green leafhopper population dynamic. The forcasting model which was realiazed in this system,was constructed by the method of Autoregression, basing on the several years' survey data of the pest.The system can forcast occurrence quantity of tea green leafhopper of some time intervals,while the user provides the last three of survey data before the forecasting point.3)The control decision-making of pests in tea gardensUsers can make the optimal control scheme of a species of pest using the service of the control decision-making which was offered by the system. Beginning with the function modules, "pest identification" and "pest early warning", the decision-making function of pest control in tea garden was opened. According to the economical threshold and the security interval of pesticides, the function module,"pest integrated control"will make an optimize scheme of pest control.In the present study, TeaPest-IMS is constructed, so as to offer expedient pest control techniques to usres, to practise and popularize the intelligent pest management, and to quicken the process of information management of pests in tea gardens.
