In order to provide basis for residual rule of 18% Epoxiconazole·Enestroburin, analysis methods of 18% Epoxiconazole·Enestroburin residue and degradation in apples and soil, and its final residues were studied. The results were shown as follows:1. Residue analysis method of epoxiconazole and enestroburin was established in apples and soil. The epoxiconazole and enestroburin could be extracted with acetone, and then re-extracted with dichloromethane. After being concentrated by evaporation, the extracts were purificated by the neutral aluminum oxide chromatographic analysis column, then the concentrated leachates were diluted with hexane to volume, and detected in ECD by gas chromatography of high sensitivity. The accuracy, reappearance and precision of the method well satisfied the essential rules of pesticide residue determination.2. Degradation dynamic of 18% Epoxiconazole·Enestroburin in apples and soil was studied by a two-year field (2006 and 2007) experiments in Tianjin and Anhui province. The apples and soil were treated with the pesticides at recommendation dosage and twice of the recommendation dosage. Samples of apples and soil were analysised at different time, then the degradation procedure was corresponding to the mathematic pattern: C=C0e-kt. The result showed that 18% Epoxiconazole·Enestroburin was degraded easily in apples and soil.3. With sprayed 18% Epoxiconazole·Enestroburin on apples and soil for two or three times at recommended dosage and twice of the recommendation dosage, at the interval of 21d by a two-year field (2006 and 2007) experiment in Tianjin and Anhui province., the results were as follows: the highest residues of apples was between 0.2670 mg·kg-1 and 0.0890mg·kg-1.4. The result showed that according to the MRL of Australia in pear it was safe to use epoxiconazole at this recommended dosage, at two or three times, 21d interval by safety assessment.
