Pleurotus ferulae is delicious, fragrant and very high nutritional value. The regular way of Pleurotus ferulae cultivation—solid bacterium cultivation strain, needs a long period ,low bio-transformation efficiency , small commercial scale ,so it can't satisfy needs of market .But liquid bacterium used in cultivation strain shows a great superiority. This study is to aim at the cultivation and technology of liquid bacterium strain, which needs a high technique, strict surrounding conditions and necessary tests. Although many institutions and researchers are studying it, few cultivation could make it applied. This study carried through the followings based on the condition. The main results are as follows:1.Though the cultivation method of shake flask , single-factor experiment ,dual factors experiment and orthogonal experiment ,the best culture medium and cultivation condition are studied .The result shows : The best preparation of culture medium was corn powder 3.0%,glucose 1.5%, soybean powder 2.0% ,peptone 0.2%,the other elements are the same as regular cultivation ;The best fermentation cultivation was initial PH value 6.5 , 210r/min ,amount of culture medium 80ml/250ml in a triangle bottle, inoculation 10%,The other conditions are the some as regular condition.2.Liqud bacterium cultivation strain experiment was done .Though the selecting of cultivation materials'pH value and moisture content, the condition of pH value 6.5 , moisture content 55%-60% were the best cultivation result .The other conditions were the same as regular cultivation .3. Appliance experiment was done to compare liquid bacterium strain, solid bacterium strain and benefits are analyzed, The results showed that compared with regular way the method adapted had the advantage of shorter time, better products and higher producing efficiency. And it could also increase output by 30%-40%, which totally showed that liquid bacterium strain had a fine appliance prospect.During the project biology, chemistry and engineering, microbiology, biochemistry, cell-biology, molecular biology were all used. Single-factor, dual factors, multiple factor experiments are adapted .Data was processed by Excel, SPSS. So a set of complete liquid bacterium strain cultivation technology are set up. Cultivation appliance is studied successfully and it provides on effective way to Pleurotus ferulae's high efficient production .
