Pleurotus eryngii is one of the imiportant valuable edible fungis and has a high value as food and medicinal properties. However, along with the increase of the market demand, its price is also gradually enhancing. Its low productivity has seriously restricted the development of Pleurotus eryngii. This research was on the basis of the conventional culture methods. Magnetized water was adopted to confect the culture medium, carry on bringing up the bacterial strains and mixing the feed to cultivate. The growth indicators all obtained distinct enhancement and improvement. The findings were as follows.(1) Select 3 kinds of culture medium prescriptions to cultivate the liquid bacterial strain of Pleurotus eryngii. We separately used 3 magnetic intensities which were 0.10T, 0.25T and 0.40T and the magnetized water through incising the magnetic for 3 times to prepare the liquid bacterial strain of Pleurotus eryngii. The shaking culture was carried on on the condition of 28℃and 180r/min. As a result, in the culture medium which was dealt with by 0.25T magnetized water, the density. of the bacterial pellets compare to the comparison C improvel 19.42%.The diameter of the bacterial pellets compare to the comparison C is 45.89%.The net weight of the bacterial pellets compare to the comparison Cimprove 54.35%.The growth speed of the mycelium compare to the comparison C improve 84%and each indicator was all superior to the comparison. Consequently, we selected the optimum liquid culture medium prescriptions which included corn flour 2%, peptone 1%, KH2PO4 0.3%, MgSO4 0.05% and soluble fecula 0.3%, and the growth effect of the 0.25T magnetized water was the best. The test showed that the fecula enzyme activity compare to the comparison D improve 15.00%; the Carboxymethyl Cellulase enzyme compare to the comparison Dimprove72.93%; the hemicellulose enzyme compare to the comparison Dimprove 56.63%. Because these enzyme activity of increment can shorten development time, growth the period be short, growth the environment be even consistent, liquid germ kind of germ age consistent, easy to produce medium usage and cultivation empress of management.(3) We used the water magnetized by the intensity 0.25T and incising the magnetic for 3 times to mix the feeds. We measured the variety of the extracellular enzyme in the course of mycelium growing of Pleurotus eryngii in the culture stage and observed the effect of magnetized water during the culture period on the activity of enzyme. The results showed that the prescriptions of the culture feeds were made up of 73% mixed wood chips, 5% bran, 1% sucrose and 1% Calcium Carbonate with the 0.25T magnetized water to mix. The activity of Laccase compare to the comparison improve 92.35%. the Carboxymethyl Cellulase enzyme compare to the comparison improve 221.43%. the hemicellulose enzyme compare to the comparison was 40.4U, improve 7.18%. the correlation between enzyme activity and it high yield of Pleurotus eryngi, more important, it promoted Pleurotus eryngi of growth, bud period advance, exaltation biology efficiency.
