The cutting is the key to harvest. The cutter's cross-section quality has a badly effect on stubble machine's working performance and it's popularized application, the growth of desert shrub and reproduction. So it is essential for us to study on the design theoretical and to choose preferable working parameters. These studies which have important theoretical significances and practical values will supply some theoretical basis on the research of Stubble Machine.Through analyzing the movement methods and rule of cutter, it proposes the methods of blade curve by the sliding cutting angle curve equation. With the different shearing angle and teeth, it is designing and manufacturing three kinds of cutters. Based on the comparison experiment which between the saw and the shearing blade cutter. It is carried out that the shearing blade cutter's cutting effective is better than the saw. Adapting quadratic regression orthogonal design , an outdoor experiment study on the shearing blade cutter. By means of statistical analysis, the mathematical regression equation model was established between experiment factors and the examination parameters. Through the parameter optimization of the disc-shaped curve of the cutting, the result shows the feasibility of the method.
