The tissue cultured amphitropou stem of Nerviliae fordii was used as explants in this study . Several results were gotten through by inducing the amphitropou stem into corm and cultivating the corm. The results as followed:1.The induction of Nerviliae fordii cormThe tissue cultured amphitropou stem of Nerviliae fordii was used as experimental material , the explants were cultured in different season and were cultured on different sucrose concentration different macroelements concentration, and different hormones just like NAA,6-BA,PP333. The result indicated that: the induction of the corm has no relation with the season; The amphitropou stem which removed the main stem tip, and about 0.3 cm in diameter, with the side stem as explants, the induction of the corm was better, better effect of the corm induction were appeared when the sucrose concentration at 40%-50% range ; KNO3 in favor of to improve the induction speed and corm quantity, but too high concentration had negative effect for the individual growth, the concentration of KNO3 at 2280-2660mg/L with good effect; NH4NO3 contributed to the promotion of the individual corm swelling, but excessive NH4NO3 will reduce corm quantity , the concentration of NH4NO3 at 1650 to 1980mg/L with good effect; KH2PO4 had positive effect for accumulation of sugar in corm, when the concentration of the KH2PO4 at 230-272mg/L range, the induced effects was better; In the MS medium which supplemented with 0.5 to 2.5 mg/L NAA, the inducing velocity of corm can be riase, and has no effect to the amount of corms; In the MS medium supplemented with 6 -BA concentration at the range from 0.1 to 0.9 mg / L, the induction speed was worse then the control, and corm more smaller with poor quality; The corms were abnormal and it very difficult to get germination when planted in the MS medium supplemented with PP333 the concentration at the range from 0.2 to 0.9 mg/L.2. The cultivation of tissue cultured corms of Nerviliae fordiiThe tissue cultured corms were transplanted into nutrition Cup in 21st every month from January 21, 2007. The results indicated that in the period January to November the tissue cultured corms can get bud and growth, with March to April period is the best time for planting. The results indicated that the bigger of the corm the better of the germination rate, yield and other agronomic performance. The nutrition mixture "Sand: Soil = 2:1 or 2:3,"were better for corm tissue culture plant growth.
