Along with the development of contemporaneity agriculture,it is a technical difficulty,which needed to solve nowadays,of how to realize the plug seeding equipment seeding high-speed and high-precision,inspect real-time and predict exactly the function of precise seeds.According to the new-style precision magnetic plug drum-seeder that designed own,The content of this text is to research autocontrol technique,achieve speed and high-precision manipulative method.The intention is achieve high-speed and high-precision automatic sow of precision magnetic plug drum-seeder.Analyzing the work elements of precision magnetic plug drum-seeder, working-out the collectivity project of autocontrol system,handing single-chip controlling technique,using SST89E516RD2 single chip microcomputer as core,we design and develop the subminiature controller,the magnetoelectric adsorptive electrocircuit,sensor detecting electrocircuit,malfunction gives an alarm electrocircuit,organize systemic software procedure adopting C51 and assemble language,adopt measure from software and hardware to advance systemic capacity of anti-jamming,achieve the design of autocontrol system for precision magnetic plug seedling sow.When seeding the seed,the system can stat.the number of plug,calculate precision of seeding,according the precision of seeding adjust the magnitude of electricity,automatically watch,control and bidirectional alarm of sound and light.the system eliminate the influence for precision of seeding that brought by the out of line of roller turn and plug movement,realize the high-speed and automatical task, enhance highly the work quality and automatical level.The high-precision,hight efficiency of auto-seeding was implemented through the auto-control of the drum-seeding and plug seeding and the current feedback control of the seeding-element with magnetic power.The experimentation of cole's seed was carried at the speed of 300 tray/h,the result indicates that the whole system work was exact,steady and reliable with the the maximal quotiety of single grain 95.53%,over sowing quotiety 3.26%,leaking sowing quotiety 1.21%.
