Grain quality, grain quantity and grain security is vital to the national economy developmentand social stability. Physical parameters for grain preserve are temperature, humidity and so on.Insect pest security is also essential regarding the grain security examination. Fast, accuratelyexamine these parameters and promptly carries on processing, has the important practicalsignificance regarding the reduction of grain loss.The system is made up of PC, main computer, extension computer, temperature controller,humidity controller, moisture controller, human body infrared controller and aeration controller.Adopted STC89C52 single chip microcomputer to form the core of the system, Take full advantageof data process and real-time detection of the computer; The serial communication uses theMAX485 module, can realize the multi channel gathering input, the multi channel output controlfunction and system failure reporting function. CPU circulates to acquire outputs of sensors, andthen converts them to the temperature value, humidity value and moisture value, according to theenvironment parameters. The periphery electric circuit mainly includes the clock circuit, the powercircuit, the keyboard circuit, the A/D switching circuit, the control circuit, fuzzy control design andsimulation and so on.Working process of the system is as follow: PC sends out start signal to the single chipmicrocomputer after certain procedure executed. At the same time, prepares to receive signals anddata from the lower position machine. Lower position machine which started, on the one hand startsthe sensor to survey the granary environment at fixed time interval, then enlarge the gathered signalthrough amplifier, and then sends to the A/D switching circuit to transform the signal to thecorresponding digital quantity, then after send to the single chip microcomputer to carry onpretreatment, on the other hand store the data and send them to the center computer, at the sametime the upper computer sends out control signals to control the implementing agency to achievethe grain storage environment.This system mainly deals with gathering environment parameters and carrying on analysis,processing to the data which were gathered, thus guarantee food security status.Based on granary Intelligent Control System, the main research of paper as follow:Data collection, getting to learn more on food storage, barn environmental factors and thecurrent situation domestic and international grain monitoring system analyze their strengths andweaknesses; Design the overall composition program of grain monitoring system; Development of the sensor detection circuit and circuit of different components to complete hardware design ofgrain monitoring system; Learning theories of fuzzy control algorithms, simulate usingMatlab; Design software of the upper computer using VB language; Design software of the lowercomputer using Assembly Language; Developing anti-jamming measures, in order to improve thereliability and safety of the system.
