| In this paper, forest resources system in Fujian province is regarded as the research object, based on analyzing application of Emergy theory briefly at home and abroad at present,and the latest interrelated Emergy theory is applied,to evaluate Emergy and value of the forest resources system in Fujian province,then carry on the analysis from Emergy flow, material flow and money flow,to investigate the influence factors of the forest resources value. At last the corresponding countermeasure and advice are put forward. The evaluation results showed that the general Emergy of the forest resources system in Fujian province in 2005 was 3.20×1022sej/a, and the Emergy of unit area of forest resources was 4.18×1015sej/(hm2·a).The general value of forest resources in Fujian province in 2005 was 4.46×109$/a (the price of 2000 was disposed as unvariable valence,be equal to 3.69×1010 yuan RMB),and the value of unit area of forest resources was 583$/hm2(be equal to 4827.24 yuan RMB).So the Emergy of the forest resources system was a continuous and unstable rising trend in general in Fujian province in recent years. In respect of the Emergy structure,the proportions of environment Emergy and value were reducing. But the proportions of the Emergy and values of the living trees(bamboo) and resources product showed increasing tendency. The forest resources system is in livingness and developing potential stage. The study result can be referenced for the policy of making forest ecological compensation and international forest carbon trade.
