In recent years,Because the economic efficiency being taken too much, the whole-tree utilization of Eucalyptus and poor management of soil in the long-term management of Eucalyptus pure crop, the soil fertility drops unceasingly, forest soit fertility for Eucalyptus plantation declines and environment degenerates, that displays for the comprehensive degeneration of the soil profile shape and soil physics, the soil chemistry, the soil organisms nature. The people observe from the production practice that, if the forest management measures does not be enhanced, the Eucalyptus will grow from a generation to be inferior to one generation, sustainable development of the forestry production will be threaten. Therefore,to control forest soil degradation of the Eucalyptus plant and reconstruct the degenerate environment became an urgent task in fast growing and sustainable development of Eucalyptus plantation.Forest ecology research of Eucalyptus plantation in our country concentrates in Hainan,Guangdong,Guangxi. But its geographical position, the climatic conditions is quite different from Fujian province;their findings are unable to satisfy the Eucalyptus development in the Fujian Province. This article selects Yongan city as the research area, contrasts the Eucalyptus planted forest to the local zonal vegetation evergreen broad-leaved forest and the local common tree species such as bamboo forest and Chinese fir plantation, analyzes the change rule of forest soil fertility of Eucalyptus plantation in fast-growing time and non-fast-growing time from soil physical structure, soil nutrient and soil microorganism, explores the cause, driving mechanism, degradation ecological process and degradation mechanism of Eucalyptus plantation, and seeks the eco-environment restoration pattern which is economically reasonable and politically operationablein in the biological foundation,in order to reconstruct the degraded ecosystem of Eucalyptus plantation and to achieve the sustainable development of economic.
