This paper,based on analyzing the research situation of estimating the ecological service value,has discussed the necessity of estimating the ecological service value of urban green space system by using the externality theory from the aspect of economics.And we have selected the indexes and constructed the estimation system based on the specific weather,coo-environment,society and economic environment in Chengdu.Then,we have measured the data of the indexes,and constructed the estimation model of ecological service value of Chengdu central urban green space system,and estimated the value of it for the first time.By analyzing the result,the conclusions as follows:(1)We have constructed the estimation system of ecological service value of urban green space system,which is specific and easier operated.And the estimation system could reflect the value notably.(2)We have constructed the physical quantity model of the 3 demonical green mount,the leaf-area, absorbing CO2,releasing O2,absorbing heat energy,fixing dust and absorbing SO2,and figured out the results as absorbing CO2 2.62×106t,releasing O2 1.9×106t,absorbing heat energy 1.19×105 billion kj, fixing dust 6.63×104 t,and absorbing SO2 3515.8 t.(3)We have figured out that the ecological service value of ChengDu central urban green space system is 8.01×109 yuan,which is notable.The result as follows:the value of absorbing CO2 is 6.41×107 yuan,takes 0.8%of total;the value of releasing O2 is 9.74×108 yuan,takes 12.15%;the value of absorbing heat energy is 6.96×109 yuan,takes 86.88%;the value of fixing dust is 1.37×107 yuan, takes 0.17%;the value of absorbing SO2 is 2.7×106 yuan.(4)The difference of the indexes' value is notable.The value of the absorbing heat energy is the maximum,and the sequence from the low to the high is as the value of absorbing SO2<the value of fixing dust<the value of absorbing CO2<the value of releasing O2<the value of absorbing heat energy. And the value of releasing O2 and absorbing heat energy takes 99%of total.(5)The investment of urban green space system of Chengdu in 2006 as follows:the cost of administration is 281,450,000 yuan,the cost of construction is 2,814,590,000 yuan,and the cost of the land is 21,109,460,000 yuan.So the total cost of the Chengdu central urban green space construction is 24,205,500,000yuan,and the return rate is 33.1%.(6)The paper has discussed the necessity and feasibility of the compensatory mechanism of the ecological service value of urban green space system,and provided advises for the government to carry out the compensatory and protect the urban eco-environment.The estimation of ecological service value could internalize the external cost,and stimulate the enthusiasm of the ecology constructor and protector,and increase the investment to the urban green space system from the government and public,and advance the work of protecting the urban eco-environment,and finally,achieve the sustainable development.The writer hope that the conclusions of this research could provide the benefit advise to the government,and impress the comprehension of protecting eco-environment,and provide a method for the urbanization and sustainable development.
