Stock6 is the first discovered parthenogenesis, through the in maize. Through importing different marking system has bred stock6 (CI) and stock6 (BPIR-nj) two types, they are the original ancestor of all current induced parthenogenetic . Based on stock6 bred by the induction of a SW14 (Lashems, 1988), ZMS (Chalyk, 1994), Krasnodar Markers (Shatskaya, 1994), the induced haploid rate by the induction of is more than 3%.In this study, taking 11 different induction of stock6 and 12 different types of corn (including the super-sweet corn, sweet corn, waxy corn, common corn) for materials. Discussion the the effect of the genotype of the female and male on induction rate of hybrid-induced parthenogenesis; Making use of another set of materials, use the same methods to induce haploid, using different methods and different concentrations of colchicines to double the haploid, to explore the corn doubled haploid technology. Now , he results will be summarized as follows:1 .Different genetype of femal was significantly different in the induction rate, it shows that different types of female gene is greatly affected on induction rate. The average induction rate of stock6 is 0.9258 % the results of this study are very close to the previous 0.91 % .Can be seen from the table , some individual induction rate can reach 4.34%. The average ordinary-induced rates of Super-sweet corn, sweet corn, waxy corn and corn were: 1.4997 %, 0.5379 %, 1.2485%and 0.4169 %2. The induction rate between the different stock6 are significantly differente ,it shows that different stock6 affect the induction rate of the haploid, zhiZeng Liu and TongMing Song (1998) studies show that the genotype of the parents of haploid affect the induction rate, with the results of this study is consistent. Lashems (1998), Chalyk (1994) and Shatskaya (1994) based on stock6 bred by the induction of a SW14, ZMS and Krasnodar Markers, those induced by the induction rate of 3 percent or more. In this study, stock6 induced by the different induction of the average rate of 0.61-1.55 % for Change.3. Dealing with the plant by soaking or injecting, we can achieve the purpose of chromosome doubling, but according to the rate of death and Sanfen in all,it shows that injecting 0.4% colchicines is the best way to double the plant in six-leaf stage.
