| The experiment was conducted to study the appropriate requirements of protein, lipid and carbohydrate on Schizothoracin prenant.21 diets were used according to the abundance levels of protein,lipid and carbohydrate which were varied between 35.1%-54.5%,4.4%-17.9%and 20.0%-29.6%,respectively.In this 21diets,20 diets produced fish were fed in single tanks except that the center group diet fish was fed in four replicate tanks.Schizothoracin prenants with about 2.0g initial weight were divided into 24 groups at random with 15 in each tank.The feeding trial was 61 days.The results were follows:The SGR and weight growth were increased with an increasing of protein levels. compared with 33%protein level group,the 39%and 45%protein level groups were incresed significantly(p<0.05).The growth speed became to descend when the protein level exceed 48%in diet.With an increasing of lipid level below 9%,the SGR and weight growth were increased,while they were decresed over 15%of lipid level. Lipid level of 18%was significantly lower than the 9%group(p<0.05),while in the other groups there were no significant differences among the groups(p>0.05).The number of SGR and weight growth rised when the carbohydrate levels were incresed, but this tend turned over at 29%of carbohydrate level.The specific growth rate in diet with 32%carbohydrate was significant lower than 26%and 23%(p<0.05) carbohydrate groups.The hightest SRG was 1.813%which diet contained 26% carbohydrate,9%lipid,and 45%protein,while the lowest was1.13%with a diet contained 29%carbohydrate,18%lipid,and 33%protein.The hepatosomatic index(HSI) was significantly affected by carbohydrate levels in diet(p<0.05),while the carbohydrate levels were no significant effect on Condition factor(CF),Intestine fat index(IFI) and Organ-body ratio(OBR)(p>0.05).The lipid level in diet were significant effect on IFI and OBR(p<0.05),but no significant effect on HSI and CF(p>0.05).The HIS,CF and OBR were not significantly affected by protein levels in diet(p>0.05),while the protein levels were significant effect on IFI (p<0.05).The nutritional ingredient of whole fish:The protein levels in diet were no significant effect on protein,lipid and carbohydrate of fish(p>0.05).The fish lipid was significantly affected by lipid levels in diet(p<0.05),while the lipid levels were no significant effect on protein and carbohydrate of fish(p>0.05).The carbohydrate levels in diet were no significant effect on protein,lipid of fish(p>0.05) but significant effect on carbohydrate of fish(p<0.05).It was the highest level of carbohydrate in the bodv when the carbohydrate level was 32%in diet,and the following one was 29%group,while 23%and 26%groups were the lowest.The observation of pathologic histology:Light degree tumescence,turnning yellow and no homogeneous pigmentation were in livers fed with high lipid diet.Oil drops that became Tiny to conspicuous were observed in hepatic cytoplasm of fish fed with some high lipid diets.A different degree variation in hepatocellular vacuolization was observed,which was mild or meddle degree fat degeneration.In the same dietary carbohydrate,a consistent increase in hepatocellular vacuolization was observed with increasing dietary lipid levels(p<0.05).Based on the growth performance,the nutritional ingredient of whole fish.the internal organ growth and the observation of pathologic histology,it can be concluded that Schizothoracin prenant juvenile appropriate requirements of protein,lipid and carbohydrate were on the range of 42%-48%,6%-12%and 23%-26%rerespectively. |
