Effects Of Lactobacillus. Johnsonii JJB3 And Nano-Selenium On Growth Performance Intestinal Microbial Communities And Diversity In Weaned Piglets

80 Yorkshire weaned piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups which were control group feeding black diet and 3 test groups feeding diets added with Lactobacillus. Johnsonii group(0.1%,1.1×109cfu/g),Nano-Seleniumwhich group(0.3mg/kg),combined group(0.1%,1.1×109cfu/g,0.3mg/kg),each group had 5 replicates and 4 piglets in each treatment(2 female,2 male),The parallel feeding tests lasted for 21 days.In this experiment,we studied the effect of Lactobacillus.Johnsonii,nano-selenium and combination on piglet performance and analysised on piglets' intestinal flora and its diversity by PCR-DGGE.The production test results indicated that:1.ADG:At the fist week,each group piglets ADG difference not significant(P>0.05);at the second week,Lactobacillus.Johnsonii group's ADG is better than others,and blank contral group compared reacher significantly level,increase 16.4%(P<0.05),than nano-selenium group and Lactobacillus.Johnsonii and nano-selenium combined improved 12.5%and 6.7%(P>0.05);at the third week,Lactobacilli group's ADG isn't sustainable second weeks of advantage,but Lactobacillus.Johnsonii and nano-selenium combined group was obvious,Lactobacillus.Johnsonii group,nano-selenium group and combined group's ADG than blank control group respectively improve 2.4%(P>0.05),7.1%(P>0.05), 16%(P<0.05).Only combined group's ADG significantly higher than those in control group, increasing 13.2%(P<0.05).According to above results,Lactobacillus.Johnsonii and nano-selenium combined group is the best,than blank control group improve 11.4% (P<0.05),Lactobacillus.Johnsonii group and nano-selenium group are better than blank control group,but difference is not significant(P>0.05)2.ADFI:At the first week,combined group'ADFI is significantly higher than other each group(P<0.05),other group no more difference.At the second week, Lactobacillus.Johnsonii group'ADFI is higher than other three groups,but difference is not significant(P>0.05).At the third week,Lactobacillus.Johnsonii group,nano-selenium group and combined group are higher than blank control group,Lactobacilli group'ADFI is the highest ye,than blank control group higher 50g(P<0.05),nano-selenium group and combined group are not significant.According to above results,Lactobacillus.Johnsonii group'ADFI is the highest,the blank control group is the lost,so Lactobacillus.Johnsonii in diet has trend of improve piglets ADFI.,but not sinnificant.3.F/G:At the first week,each group' F/G is not significant(P>0.05).At the second week,Lactobacillus.Johnsonii group's F/G is the lowest,is significantly lower than the blank control group(P<0.05),other two group are also lower than blank control group,but not significant(P>0.05).At the third week,because Lactobacillus.Johnsonii group' ADFI is higher so that F/G is become higher and is significantly higher than combined group(P<0.05),but blank control group and nano-selenium group is not significantly(P>0.05).According to above results,combined group's F/G is the lowest, second is Lactobacillus.Johnsonii group,nano-selenium group and blank control group. Lactobacillus.Johnsonii and nano-selenium in diet has trend of loss piglets F/G.,but not significant(P>0.05).4.Diarrhea rate:Lactobacillus.Johnsonii in diet is significantly lower piglets of diarrher rate(P<0.05),2.75 percent point are lower than blank control group. Nano-selenium group's diarrhea rate has a trend to low,but not significant.Combined group's diarrhea rate is the lowest and lower than blank control group 3.77 percent point(P<0.05),and that Lactobacillus.Johnsonii and nano-selenium combined to piglets diarrhea has significantly of improve effect.The DGGE results indicated that:1.There had individual difference in the Structure on Intestinal Microflora and its diversity of early weaning Piglet,the DGGE profiles of 21 days' feces showed that diversity of each group were significantly increased.2.The piglet Intestinal Microflora diversity of the Lactobacillus.Johnsonii group was improves gradually from 0 day to 21 days,5 replicates results showed that the bands of dominant microflora were increased,and the different bands were decreased,these results indicate that diets of piglets with Lactobacillus.Johnsonii had the proliferation action to intestinal available bacteria.The result of dendrogram shows that similarity of Lactobacilli group every body's DGGE profiles similarity index of 0 day is 66-84%,7 day is 66-100%,14 day is 90.5-100%,21 day is 74-100%.3.Nano-selenium group had no significantly increased in the piglet Intestinal Microflora diversity from 0 day to 21 days,To compared with the black control,the diets of piglets added nano-se could decrease the piglet Intestinal Microflora diversity.The result of dendrogram shows that similarity of Nano-selenium group every body's DGGE profiles similarity index of 0 day is 88-100%,7 day is 57-92%,14 day is 89-100%,21 day is 86-100%4.Lactobacillus.Johnsonii and nano-se combined group suddenly increased the piglet Intestinal Microflora diversity at 14 days,5 replicates results showed that the bands of dominant microflora were increased,To compared with the black control,the diets of piglets added Lactobacilli and nano-se could decrease the piglet Intestinal Microflora diversity.The result of dendorogram shows that similarity of Lactobacillus.Johnsonii and nano-se combined group every body's DGGE profiles similarity index of 0 day is 74-100%,7 day is 86-100%,14 day is 16-100%,21 day is 91-100%...
