And it will be one of the basics for producing quality criterion. Recently in our country, there are several manufacturers which are utilizing and promoting Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl artificial cultivation technique, and carrying through standardization manufacturing, but there are not any reports on feasible SOP, GAP and quality control standards. In Guangdong, Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lin manufacturing is so prosperous that it needs a feasible criterion that standardizes pharmocodynamic safty as quality control regulation.This paper will take the Chinese medicine tissue culturing, standardized manufacturing regulations and herb manufacturing administration regulations as reference, manager to filter the best culture medium for Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl tissue culturing, the best culture media and seed resources, and establish Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl manufacturing management regulations and standardized manufacturing technique regulations to provide a reference for filtering good quality Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl.This paper aims to search the Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl manufacturing administration regulations and standardized manufacturing technique regulations with rationalization, feasibility, regulations and standardization, and devotes to establish criterion and guidance in practical operation. It is hopeful to found an impersonality industry standard for manufacturers and supervision department.If this research can be combined with researches on pharmacological action of Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl, and provide measurements for manufacturers to cultivate, plant, and administrate so as to control its production and medication, it will bring important signification to Dendrobium candidum Wall.ex Lindl industrialization development, medicine safety, and quality guarantee.
