Bending is one of the methods which is in the fruit tree trim , the mechanism was been reseached clearly in 50,60's of 20th century. But the people only pay great attention to the dormant period trim, and neglected the vegetal period trim actually in the fruit tree reshaping trim process from on century's end. In recent years as a result of fruit triming technology is more and more simplication, the vegetal period trim becomes the main time, and bending to take by the people. IFP(Integrated Fruit Production) have been regard as the main orchard control system by many European and American countries, and bending have been regard as main triming technology too. We researched bend branch technology systematically and thoroughly with summarizes predecessor seudies, and the research is combine the experiment with the field production. At last we operate orchard closly transformation with this a old technology-bending.We are find that they are increase when Fuji branch have been deal with differently bending angle add whose leaf net photosynthetic rate , stomata conductance, leaf carbon content, leaf nitrogen content, chloropyll a, chloropyll b, chloropyll, weight of 100 leaves, leaf thickness, stockade organization thickness, stockade cell lenth, up epidermis thickness, down epidermis thickness, stockade cell layer, stockade cell layer thickness /up epidermis thickness, thickness /down epidermis thicknes, stockade organization/ sponge organization, branch carbon content, branch nitrogen content, fruit weight, colored pigment, hardness , VC content and pectin. And they have increase trend that Carotenoids, sponge organization thickness, soluble solid, total sugar, protein and calcium content. They are the highest when bending angle 110°except leaf nitrogen content, chloropyll b, stockade cell lenth and calcium content.They are decrease when Fuji branch have been deal with differently bending angle add that intercellular CO2 concentration and total acid content. And they are lowest when bending angle 110°.In short a lot of pysiological target of leaf,branch and fruit show fine at bending angle 110°when branch of Fuji have been deal with through angle differently.We investigated that closing orchard transformed through triming technologies such as raises trunk, cut down tree top; take big branch, keep small branch; bending, control top; carve bud, rotate branch and so on. And we find that Fuji tree shape like pine cone, the crow volume have been diminish obvously small, the trunk diameter have been increase, the operation row spacing have been add broad. Branch thick living trunk have been decrease thin, the crow have been spreaded, crow diameter decrease, trunk height increase, so the ground reflected light increase, leaf photosynthesis characteristic has been improved obvously, they are increase that net photosynthetic rate and stomata conductance, and intercellular CO2 concentration are decrease. So they have been enhanced that fuit quanlity and orchard benefit.In brief, bending has been applied in producation as new technology when it has been afreshed understanding through new idea and thought. And it brings the rich benefit for general fruit farmers.
