The Study Of Flavone In Two Edible Lilium

Lilium as a perennial herb and main ornamental plant,it is enjoyed by word people.The bulb of lily is rich in nutrient content ,active matter and pharmacological action.As medicine,it can treat chronic cough,palpitation,insomnia,etc.It was ranked in source directory of food and medicine by Ministry of Nation Sanitation firstly.L.lancifolium Thunb,Lilium brownii F. E. Brown. var. viridulum Baker and L.P umilum D C.are leading plant as medicine. In north, L.davidii var.unicolor is important varity for food.China is bestowed with a bountiful resource of lilium.Investigation of secondary metabolites supply academic gist and means underprop for exploiture.Advancing output and content of active substance,can increase value at pharmacology.So lucubrating active matter has great significance to using lilium.As a main secondary metabolites,Flavone has affinity with effect of lilium.In the study,object is lily of food and medicine, L. lancifolium Thunb .and L.davidii.At first , The extraction technology of flavonoids in the bulb of L.lancifolium Thub. was studied . we found the optimal procedure for the ultrasonic wave method . Under the conditions of 1:30 of 80% ethanol to the bulb of L.lancifolium Thub.weigh ratio , ultrasonic treatment for 40 min twice at the temperature of 70℃the average extraction rat of flavonoids was as high as 99.25%. Also ,determined flavone content in five lilium sample and L.davidii of different age. Flavone content of L .lancifolium Thub. is more than L.davidii var. at same area.Same varity at different area,L.lancifolium Thub.form Hanzhong is more L.lancifolium Thub. 7.2%. Flavone content of L.davidii var. from Hanzhong is most, 63% than from Lanzhou.Secondly, in this research flavone content was determined in different part and different time of lilium .Flavone content of leaf is most than stem and flower in L.davidii var. Flower is most in L .lancifolium Thub. Flavone content of Adult bud is most. Later,in this study movement of flavone content was investigated at different plant manner.Screened out optimal cultivation conditions and harvesting stage of L.lancifolium Thunb and L.davidii. Harvesting stage of L.lancifolium Thunb is overground part death and the previous week death.Optimal cultivation conditions green house and sisbud in open field.Lastly, catechin was detected by HPLC. Establish a RP-HPLC method for the detrmination of catechin in lilium.The Method is the VP-ODS C18 column, acetonitrile,water and acetic acid (7:92:1) as the mobile phase,0.8ml/min,UV detector at 280nm,temperature of column at 28℃.Extensively, Flavone of lilium was studied.it offer academic basic for flavone extraction and determination and gist of product development,and help at theory for increase production.
