From checking to the cultural heritage and investigating on the spot and so on, We carry on anoverall evaluation utilization analyse and using for the Qingke resources of Tibet, and we draw theconclusion:(1)It has many superior condition and potential to evolve the high-quality Qingke industryindustrialization in Tibet.(2)The average protein content of Tibet Qingke seed is 11.31%.It is lower than the average proteincontent of national Qingke 12.43%. But it has many high protein Qingke variety in Tibet, and itsprotein content is higher than the average level of hinterland Qingke obviously.(3)The Lys content of Tibet Qingke seed is 0.45%. It is lower than the average Lys content ofnational Qingke 0.47%. But it has many high Lys Qingke variety in Tibet, and its Lys content ishigher than the average level of hinterland Qingke obviously.(4)The average starch content of Tibet Qingke seed is 59.14%,and it is higher than the averagestarch content level 53.17% of hinterland Qingke obviously.(5)The advantage of Qingke quality resources is outstanding in Tibet. As the result of actual assayand according to the home and abroad relevant research, Theβ- glucan content of Tibet Qingke isbetween 3.66%-8.62% in home and abroad according to the standard methods of different varietybarley type. The averageβ- glucan content is 5.25%. The averageβ- glucan content of TibetQingke is highest in the grain crop up to the present, and it is higher than the husk barley, wheatand oat outclass.The test makes the crude thing forβ–glucan as the Qingke raw material in the physiologyeffect research aspect ofβ–glucan, making use of the separation and distilling technique of thepolysaccharide. In accordinging to the test base of health care food of the our country toaccommodate blood lipid, we take Kunming small rats as the object of experiment to research theaction and mechanisms of decreasing blood lipid for Qingkeβ- glucan. We acquire the result asfollows:(1)The crude thing to distill the Qingke isβ–glucan solution, and it is the straw yellow liquid. Theβ- glucan content is 48.31%. Theβ–glucan crude thing to distill the oat is the ivory-whiteliquid,and theβ- glucan content is 16.21%.(2)After keeping small Kunming rats 60d with the high grease animal feed (10% lard, 1%cholesterol, 0.2% cholate, 88.8% basal animal feed), we measure the blood serum TG, TC, HDLc,the LDL- c value of the small rats. Compare with the normal group, the difference is remarkably.It makes know that the high grease animal feed can place a premium on the high lipemia illnessobviously for the small rats, and can build up the nicer lipoid metabolism inordinate model for the small rats.(3) The Qingkeβ–glucan and the ration masculine contrast Xuezhikang can control the gainweight of small rat obviously, but the aspect of oatβ- glucan action is not obvious.(4)Under the condition that this experiments each dosage level, we can conclude that Qingkeβ–glucan, oatβ–glucan and the ration masculine contrast can't damage and affect the viscera ofsmall rats.(5)Though the effect of statistics dose not show the remarkable difference, theβ–glucan hascertain dependence of dosage about small rats blood serum TC decrease action. And the more highdosage is ,this more strong lowers the action is. The experiment shows that Qingkeβ–glucan canreduce the small rats blood serum TC content level, and this kind of action is better than the oatβ–glucan. The Qingkeβ–glucan can attain the effect that the masculine contrast Xuezhikang canreduce the small rats blood serum TC content level.(6)The Qingkeβ–glucan can attain the effect that the masculine contrast Xuezhikang can reducethe small rats blood serum TG content level, and this kind of action is better than the oatβ–glucan.(7)Theβ–glucan has obvious dependence of dosage about small rats blood serum HDL-c hoistaction also. The Qingkeβ–glucan and the oatβ–glucan have equal effect that small rats bloodserum HDL-c hoist action.(8)The Qingkeβ- glucan can reduce the content of blood serum LDL- c availably. The Qingkeβ-glucan is better than the oatβ–glucan.(9)The Qingkeβ- glucan can make the high lipemia small rats liver cholesterol and TG be as lowas the normal level, but the ability that theβ–glucan can reduce TC of the liver is higher thanreduce TG of the liver. There is no obvious difference between Qingkeβ- glucan and oatβ–glucan to reduce TG of the liver comparatively.(10)To the high lipemia small rats HDL- c/ TC and HDL-c/LDL-c, the affects of influence ofQingkeβ–glucan have same trend, but the affects of influence do not show the markedness. 3dosage groups of the Qingkeβ–glucan all can raise the high lipemia small rats the levels ofHDL- c/ TC and HDL- c/ LDL- c. It shows that Qingkeβ–glucan has the certain preventionaction to coronary heart disease and asterosclerosis.(11)Along with the enlargement of the Qingkeβ- glucan dosage, the amount of the small ratsfeces excretion descend gradually, but the thick content of fat of small rats feces becomes theaugmentative trend.(12)The certain dosage Qingkeβ- glucan can reduce tissue lipoid peroxide of the liver effectively.The action of Qingkeβ- glucan is higher than the oatβ- glucan, though two show the remarkable difference.(13)The Qingkeβ- glucan can increase the SOD vigor of the high lipemia small rats effectively.When it attains the certain dosage, the dosage dependence effect becomes not obvious. AlikeQingke low dosage group, the masculine contrast group and oat contrast group can make the highlipemia small rats SOD vigor increase remarkably, but it has not yet gone up to the normal level.(14)The Qingkeβ- glucan can increase the CAT vigor of the high lipemia small rats effectively.Along with the increment of the dosage, the dosage dependence effect becomes more obvious. Inthe aspects of raising the small rats blood serum CAT vigor, the Qingkeβ–glucan and the oatβ-glucan actions are equal.(15)The high lipemia has negative affect to the whole blood GSH- Px. The Qingkeβ- glucan hasthe action of raise the high lipemia small rats whole blood GSH- Px. It has no remarkabledifference with the oat ofβ–glucan action.(16) Pathology observation to the high lipemia small rats liver shows that the Qingkeβ- glucancan reduce the high lipemia small rats action of the lipidosis inside the small rats hepatocyte.(17)From developing the sacral nerve stem cell series, we make the cells amplification to get thecertain quantity live cells. We put the glutamic acid, NaS2O3 into the culture mediumrespectively to simulate the brain lack blood disease and the brain anoxia.The experiment showsthat the survival quantity of the stem cells of glutamic acid trauma group and NaS2O3 traumagroup have remarkable difference(p<0.01); The certain concentration Rosa roxburghii Tratt andTibet Qingke extract protection group have remarkable difference with trauma group sacral nervestem cells(p<0.01).(18) This experiment makes use of the nerve stem cells first step to set up the model of the brainlack blood disease and the brain anoxia.And we makes use of Rosa roxburghii Tratt to show thatmodel can imitate the occurrence of the brain lack blood disease and the brain anoxia and can usedfor the drug screening also.
