In this article we compared the morphological characteristics, photosynthetic characteristics and active component of Fujian Anoectochilus roxburghii, Guangxi Anoectochilus roxburghii and Anoectochilus formosanus, in order to comprehensive analysis and evaluate of main Anoectochilus resource. At the same time, we researched inducement caespitose shoots, rooting and sound seedling,and cultivate condition, to build a fast propagation system of Anoectochilus. The main results were summed as follows:1、This research showed that, the morphology and growth vigour of Fujian Anoectochilus and Guangxi Anoectochilus were similar. Their top surface of leaves were muddy green and purple-lilac on the back, and had golden vein, the leaves length was about 1.5cm, and the latitude was about 1.1-1.3cm. But Taiwan Anoectochilus was strong and high, the leaf top surface was greenblack and had white vein, and leaf was bigger, the leaf length was about 1.8cm, and the latitude was aboutl.8cm. Root cross-section and stem cross-section were similar between Fujian Anoectochilus Guangxi Anoectochilus and Taiwan Anoectochilus, there were also differences between them. Root and stem of Taiwan Anoectochilus had more chloroplast, and stom was bigger. By consulting Flora of China, we had a conclusion:Fujian Anoectochilus and Guangxi Anoectochilus were A.roxburghii, and Taiwan Anoectochilus was Aformosanus.2、Daily change of photosynthesis (Pn) represented V type and the lowest Pn was appeared at 13:00 under natural light. There was photosynthesis accumulation only during lowlight intensity on morning or evening.All the sources had obvious"middaydepression". Differences of stomas characters, photosynthetic pigment contents, photosynthetic characters among the different species were extremely significant. A. formosanus showed a higher photosynthetic pigment contents and better photosynthetic characteristics than the others. The photosynthetic characteristics of A. roxburghii in Fujian and Guangxi were similar, but also there were differences.3、Active component was significant differently among Anoectochilus, soluble protein content and polysaccharide content of A.formosanus were high, soluble protein content was 6.78mg-g"’, polysaccharide content was 94.22mg·g-1. Drying rate,total organic acid content, guanosine content and adenosine content of Gungxi Anoectochilus were high, accounting for 12.14%,55.18mg·g-1,114.00μg·g-1 and 167.44μg·g-1。Total flavonoid content of Fujian Anoectochilus was 15.74 mg·g-1,it was hightst among them.4、Using aseptic plant of A. roxburghii and A.formosanus as materials, study on effects of cespitose bud. The result showed that:the best explants were stem-segment with node and lateral buds, the best carbon source was sucrose; The most important growth regulator was 6-BA,20% coconut juice was good for cespitose bud. So the best buds inducing medium was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1+NAA 1.0 mg·L-1+KT 0.1 mg·L-1+coconut juice20%+sucrose 30 g·L-1+agar7.0 g-L-1 (pH5.8)5、Using aseptic plant of A. roxburghii and A.formosanus as materials, study on their strong plantlets and rootage. The result showed that:MS and 1/2MS were good for strong plantlets and rootage; Match usage of low concentration of 6-BA and IBA was benefit for strong plantlets and rootage. The Most beneficial growth regulator concentration of A. roxburghii was 6-BA 0.1 mg·L-1, IBA 0.1 mg·L-1; and the growth regulator concentration of A.formosanus was 6-BA 0.1 mg·L-1, IBA 0.5 mg·L-1. Coconut juice was good for height grows, and mashed potatoe was good for rootage. So we had a conclusion:the best strong plantlets and rootage medium of A. roxburghii was 1/2MS+6-BA 0.1 mg·L-1+IBA 0.1 mg-L-1+coconut juice20%+ mashed potatoe 20%+ sucrose 30 g·L-1+agar 6.5 g-L-1; the best strong plantlets and rootage medium of A.formosanus was 1/2MS+6-BA 0.1 mg·L-1 +IBA 0.5 mg·L-1+coconut juice20%+ mashed potatoe 20%+ sucrose 30 g·L-1+agar 6.5 g·L-1.6、This study used A.formosanus as materials, set 5different NH4+-N/NO3--N treatment, the ratios were 0:100,25:75,50:50,75:25 and 100:0, then substituted nitrogen of MS. The result showed that the higher NO3--N was good for growth high, root groth and accumulation of soluble protein and dry matter of A.formosanus. With increased of NH4+-N, soluble sugar cotent, polysaccharide content and total flavonoid content were both rised first and fell later, when NH4+-N/NO3--N was 50:50, polysaccharide content and total flavonoid content were highest, and when NH4-N/NO3--N was 75:25, soluble sugar cotent was highest. When NH4-N/NO3--N was 100:0, A.formosanus were in bad condition. All above showed that A.formosanus growth well on high NO3-N condition.7> The growing media of peat soil:sawdust=1:1was better for growth of A. roxburghii than another 2 growing media. Transplanted on this growing media,drying rate,soluble protein cotent and soluble sugar cotent were higher. After transplanting the active constituent content of tissue culture plant changed significantly. Dry matter, soluble protein cotent, soluble sugar cotent, polysaccharide content and total flavonoid content were increased,but total organic acid content was reduced. All above showed that, the fitting growing Media of A. roxburghii was peat soil:sawdust=1:1. And this article found that the active constituent content of transplanted plant were higher than tissue culture plant.8、Under different light qualities, A. roxburghii was measured its morphological index, physiological and biochemical index, and the content of effective ingredients Compared with the treatment of white light:Red light and yellow light were better for plant height and fresh weight obtaning. Blue light increased the leaf and root number, and the content of flavonoids and chl a+b. Under red light treatment, the content of chlorophyll was lower, but chla/chlb, carotenoid and soluble sugar were higher. Green light favored the accumulation of polysaccharides and total flavonoids. We had a conclusion:Light qualities have significant influence on growth and effective ingredients accumulation of A. roxburghii.
