In recent years along with the increasingly serious marine pollution and its worsening water quality, those main issues of increasing diseases and incidence, abused antibiotic in the process of Eriocheir sinensis artificial breeding are causing lower survival rates and poor quality of juvenile crab, meanwhile the daily higher costs of producing and lower selling price make most of breeding plants lose money in business.It is essential to improve technique of Eriocheir sinensis breeding for the purpose of enhancing the competitive ability, sustaining development of mitten crab breeding healthily. The study on the technical system of ecologically industrial breeding of mitten crab is focusing on the technique combination between ecologically breeding in mud pond and industrial breeding by optimizing species of unicellular algae and density of juvenile during industrial procession so as to approach reducing the production costs to 300 ~ 400 Yuan /kg megalopa, increasing the rate of raising of mitten crab from zoae-I to megalopa to above 60% before the end of March of megalopa harvest, and survival rate of mitten crab from megalopa to juvenile-I to 60%, by strengthening physique of mitten crab megalopa, and after 30 days raised, the recapture rate of juvenile-I should be more than 30%.
