Probiotics is the living microbial agents which was made of normal intestinal microbial,It can adjust the ecological balance of micro-organism .The preponderant flora can effect to the microflora.environment of gut using biological antagonistic action. Probiotics can cover the shortage of normal microorganisms in the quantity or types in the intestinal, and also can adjust and maintain the balance.Further more,it will enhance immune function, and promote digestion and absorption of nutrients, so as to prevent and cure the disease.When using Probiotics to prevent and treat the intestinal diseases, it play an role as not only safe, no residue but also no resistance, on the other hand, it can improve the feed efficiency, and promote animal growth, improving product quality, etc..By now, Probiotics is a hotspot all over the world . Probiotics which contain Bacteroides lactobacillus Bacillussubtilis and yeast was product based on principles of micro-ecology and our study proved that Probiotics can effectively prevent gastro-intestinal diseases, then improve production performance.Sample was obtained from the gut of healthy piglets directly,then screened Bacteroides lactobacillususing the medium: AN, BDS ,MRS. Adopt the traditional technique to identify these bacteria ,such as the form observation, Gram staining, pHysiological and biochemical experiments, sugar fermentation experiments, as well as modern 16Sr-DNA molecular identification,In the screening course ,a environment of low pH, high concentrations of bile salt was simulated as the host. Then,we attainde a strains with strong resistance successfully . In addition ,we also screened a lactobacillus in vitro environment which has high antibacterial activity to E.coli O45 of pathogenicWhile estimate the quality of probiotics,the quantity of live microorganism become the key.So fermentation experiments hammer at how to get the most viable microorganism .The study involve three aspect,that are the screening and optimization,of best medium;the optimization of culture conditions ;and optimization of the fermentation process,By doing that the best medium of yeast and Bacillus were established, and also the optimal culture conditions and the fermentation conditions, the fermentation cycle. Because the diffrences exist between FanclBeer Yeast and Bacillussubtilis. Batch fermentation process and fed-batch fermentation process all can achieve satisfactory results, especially using fed-batch fermentation, the number of spores and live micro-organism are multiplied.Horn's method were adopt to examine the safety of probiotics The experimental results show that the composite probiotics acute oral toxicity is LD50>10000 mg/Kg.bw. According to the stander of acute oral toxicity, this composite samples are real non-toxic.Feeding animal experiments show that the daily irrigation of bacilli of concentration as 1010 cfu / mL of 2 mL can significantly improve piglet's weight , the increasing weight of the 35-day-old piglet in experimental group is 20% high than control group, The difference is significant(P<0.01), and the difference is significant.In the entire experimental period, the survival rate of the experimental group was 95.7%, while the control group only 72.91%, increase the survival rate of 22.79%;The difference is significant(P<0.05), Mulriple probiotics can prevent diarrhea of Piglets and the effect is obviously. What's more ,the incidence rate for the control group is only 39.1% while the experimental groupis 17.4%,the rate of incidence of the disease reduced 21.7%, The difference is significant(P<0.05).
