Global warming and changing precipitation regime could have a profound impact on all aspects of golbal environment. In ecosystem functions, especially primary production and carbon reserves response to the global climate change, it is decision to land ecosystem as a net carbon sink or carbon source and changes in the global carbon cycle plays a role in speeding up or slowing. .Given changes in the Earth's surface temperature and precipitation regime could profoundly impact terrestrial carbon cycling and sequestration, with consequent feedbacks to global climatic change. This study in the control of experimental conditions in the Stipa Breviflora Griseb. desert steppe in Inner Mongolia. ,With warming and warming + N , study of ecosystem gas exchange and its main factors and the basic characteristics factors, as set out under the conditions of global climate change Stipa breviflora desert grassland ecosystem gas exchange and carbon cycle and carbon management to provide the basic data. The results showed:1. Warming affected the soil water movement, speed and volume of rainfall infiltration of the Stipa Breviflora Griseb. desert steppe, thus speeding up the whole ecosystem of the water cycle speed.2,Whatever no warming or under warming, in the entire performance of the Stipa Breviflora Griseb. desert steppe ecosystem, in the growing season plants absorb carbon, which means it's carbon sinks.3,Nitrogen application on the Stipa Breviflora Griseb. desert dteppe ecosystem gas exchange did not has significant effect;Warming and nitrogen interaction effects of the Stipa Breviflora Griseb. desert steppe carbon cycles significantly.
