In order to study the influence of the main plant populations and community characteristic on fertilization in the Stipa breviflora desert steppe,with Sonid Right Banner Stipa breviflora desert steppe as the object,the article,using the L16(45)orthogonal experiment design,the fertilization treatment of nitrogen(Urea,A1,A2,A3 and A4 means 0,75,150,225kg/hm),phosphate(Diammonium phosphate,B1,B2,B3 and B4 means 0,112.5,225,337.5kg/hm~2)and organic fertilizer(C1,C2,C3 and C4 means 0,1500,3000,4500kg/hm~2),intuitive analysis,the optimal sequence correlation and full information model,analyzes the sampling data,and the results as follow:(1)The influence of the height,coverage,density and important value of the main plant populations and community characteristic on fertilization is complex,and the performance of different plant species is not consistent.Comprehensive results show that,in quantitative characteristic,the influence of fertilizer on Stipa breviflora overall is a downward trend,however,the influence of fertilizer on Cleistogenes songorica and Allium polyrhizum is a increasing trend.(2)In the orthogonal test of fertilization,the first two better treatment combinations of Stipa breviflora are A1B1C1 and A2B1C2,the first two better treatment combinations of Cleistogenes songorica are A4B2C3 and A3B2C4,the first two better treatment combinations of Allium polyrhizum are A4B3C2 and A1B3C3.(3)In 16 treatments,compared with control group,there are high treatments and low treatments about fertilization for community biomass,and the higher processing combinations of biomass performance are A4B2C3 and A4B3C2.(4)Fertilization could increase the overall diversity of community,but the impact on the single diversity index is more complex.The higher combinations of overall diversity index are A4B2C3 and A4B3C2.(5)Synthetically considering the main plant population,community biomass and community diversity,the optimal treatment combination is A4B2C3.By fertilizing treatments,we can control the quantitative characteristics of plant species,so as to achieve the control of species.
