The purpose of this experiment was to understand the effect of different rearing condition on immunity function and antioxidation of Inner Mongolia white Cashmere goat by detecting related indicatrixes. The results showed that:Heterophil granulocyte phagocytosis function,transformational rate of T-lymphocytes,E-C3bRR rosette,Eosinophile granulocyte,the concentration of TP, AL,Globulin and NO of confinedness group were significantly lower than grazing group (P<0.05); However, the E-ICR formation rate,Basophile granulocyte and MXD of confinedness group were significantly higher than grazing group (P<0.05); CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ of confinedness group are significantly lower than grazing group(P<0.01); T-lymphocytes electropositive percentage , CD8+, White cell count, Lymphocytes, Neutrophilic granulocyte of two group has not significantly changed(P>0.05); This experiment indicated that the immunity function of cashmeres in rearing condition of confinedness group were lower than grazing group.So, the cashmere goats of confinedness'should increase protein daily food intake to improve immunity function.The activities of plasmatic T-SOD and GSH-Px of confinedness group were significantly lower than grazing group (P<0.05); The concentrations of malondialdehyde (MDA) of confinedness group were significantly higher than grazing group (P<0.05);The activities of plasmatic CuZn-SOD and the concentrations of Cu, Zn,Se of confinedness group were significantly lower than grazing group (P<0.01). This experiment indicated that the antioxidation function of cashmeres in rearing condition of confinedness group were lower than grazing group. So, the cashmere goats of confinedness'should increase Cu,Zn and Se additives daily food intake to improve antioxidation function.
