In order to explore the effects of two different feeding modes of house feeding and natural grazing on cashmere quality and blood biochemical parameters of cashmere goats, this experiment was conducted on July 30,2018 in the Otog Banner,Ordos City, where 65 heads of 2-years-old were selected. The Arbas velvet goats, the male and female are randomly divided into two groups:feeding and grazing. The villus and blood samples are collected at the end of each month for villus fineness, length, strength and other villus quality and serum immune related indicators. And anti-oxidation related indicators, serum biochemical indicators. The results showed that the fineness of cashmere fiber in the feeding group was significantly higher than that in the grazing group(P<0.05).The growth length of cashmere in the feeding group was slightly higher than that in the grazing group. In October, the length of cashmere growth in the feeding group was significantly different from that in the grazing group(P<0.01);from November to Mach of the following year, the strength of cashmere fiber in the feeding group was significantly higher than that in the grazing group(P<0.05).From September onwards, the strength of cashmere fiber in the feeding group increased.Immunity index:In August,September and December, the serum IgG level in the feeding group was significantly higher than that in the grazing group(P<0.05).In September, the serum IgA level in the house feeding group was higher than that in the grazing group, the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).In September,November and December, the serum IL-2 level in the house feeding group was higher than that in the grazing group(P<0.01).In August and September, the serum TNF-a level in the house feeding group was higher than that in the grazing group.Significant(P<0.01).Biochemical indicators:8,9,11,12,1,2,and 3 months, the TG content in the house feeding group was significantly higher than that in the grazing group(P<0.05).From August to March, the serum UREA content in the house feeding group was significantly lower than that in the grazing group.Group(P<0.01),both groups of UREA showed a downward trend;in September, the serum TP of the house feeding group was significantly lower than that of the grazing group(P<0.05),while in October, the serum TP of the house feeding group was significantly higher than that of the grazing group(P<0.05).<0.05),the feeding group from January to March was significantly lower than the grazing group(P<0.05);from September to March, the serum ALT of the feeding group was significantly lower than that of the grazing group(P<0.05).Antioxidant index:From August to December, the T-SOD of the feeding group was significantly higher than that of the grazing group(P<0.05).In September,November and December, the MDA of the feeding group was lower than that of the grazing group to some extent; In December,GSH-PX in the feeding group was significantly higher than that in the grazing group(P<0.05).The results of this experiment show that house feeding mode is not only more conducive to the improvement of the strength of the cashmere fiber, growth of length and fineness of the villi of the Arbas cashmere goat but also appropriately increased the serum immunity indexes such as IgG,IgA and 1L-2,anti-oxidation related indicators such as T-SOD and GSH-Px,and serum biochemical indicators.
