The study was exicuited based on plant physiology, soil physics , crop cultivate, agricultural meteorology knowledge and soil hydrodynamics and syncretized scientific research methods such as crop simulate models , statistics analysis and computer programming etc..It was expected to provide gist and consult for the research of evaluation protection in Medicago ruthenica. The growth and developmengt stimulant models were established and the software was developed based on the biological characters date obtained by observation or mesure in the experiment fields during two years, and the reference date collected from different literature. The dynamic simulate models were composed of crop dynamic model, water dynamic model and photosynthetic yield model. The main results was follows:The verification and validation of the dynamic simulate models were conducted by experiment data. The results showed that the simulation efficience of the model was very similar to the experiment data, growth and development speed biological and ecological processes of photosynthesis for Medicago ruthenica and soil moisture dynamic in different layers, etc. under different climate and soil conditions. The simulation model function is better. The advanties of dynamic simulat models of Melilotoides ruthenica were intuitive, flexibility and convenience communion. In the intuitive aspect of system, which design the new guide; document tree; plot module. So the software system interface was amity, perfect function and convenience manipulate, which is a tool software could be used to scientific research, teaching and produce management of analysis, forecast and decision-making suspensory.
