The sugarcane harvest mechanical technology is a bottleneck to constrain sugarcane manufacture mechanization in our country. The minitype sugarcane harvester plays a very important role in sugarcane harvesting, sugar competitiveness and sugarcane farmers' income level, etc.Carrying frame is composed of several important tools as former support, holding devices and cutters, assistive device of transportation of sugarcane can be installed on it. Its structure design has an effect on harvesting efficiency and the growth of sugarcane in coming year. Therefore, it is the important part in sugarcane harvester. This paper funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, Guangxi Science & technology department project and Guangxi Manufacture system & advancing Manufacture technology key laboratory project. There are four parts:First, to conter the deficiencies of fomer design which holding device and cutters uplift aslant fixed together, it proposed a new type of uplift project that cutters can be put up 330mm in upright direction, the whole mass can be reduced, holding devices are setted to seven degree between advancing direction, and it designed one to two supporting bars to improve the cutting quality effectively. Then, it designed strcture of carring frame by combination of the experienced analysis and theoretical calculations.Second, by finite element analysis method, combining the bearing preload theory, it carried out optimized analysis on bearings which are support components of spindle, and contrasted against the experimental result that the better distance is 200mm in two bearings. After validating the effectiveness of virtual analysis, it raised conclusion thatthree bearings are propitious to enhance the stiffness than two bearings.Third, it took the centrifugal force on high speed rotating cutting disk as prestress, and carried out prestressed modal analysis to cutter device. It avoided the excitation frequency of cutter, raised the dynamic stiffness of cutter device.Four, on base of theoretical study, it setted support bars in experiment and contrasted the cutting quality in different distance. It obtained that support bars have notable effect on cutting quality by single factor experiments methods and the better distance is 650mm by orthogonal experiment and range analysis.It determined the main effective factor in feed velocity of sugarcane, rotating speed of cutter, distance between two bearings and the installation location of supporting bars by orthogonal experiment and range analysis.It obtained a better cutting parameter combination.
