Effects Of Different Cultivation Model On Yield And Quality Of Winter Potato

For a long time,the production of potato has been using the traditional farming methods,the heavy workload and the high cost.The poor yield,quality and efficiency,which is seriously hampering the development of the production.The experiment by comparing several different farming methods on Potato some physiological and biochemical properties and quality,provide a theoretical basis for potato cultivation methods of high yield and high efficiency.The experimental results are as follows:1.Different cultivation effects on potato growthDifferent cultivation on the growth of potato to a certain extent affected.The rate of emergence of the treatment which using no-tillage with rice straw mulch lower than traditional cultivation,that's said cover straw will reduce the rate of emergence;plant height and plant canopy of the minor tillage with rice straw mulch is the maximum,followed by no-tillage with rice straw mulch and traditional cultivation,no-tillage with rice straw and plastic film mulch and no-tillage with rice straw and black plastic film mulch is lower.That cover the straw on potato growth plays a catalytic role,but after stamping plastic film do not conducive to the growth of stems and leaves.2.Different cultivation effects on potato of the physiological and biochemicalCultivation on the activity of amylase,nitrate reductase and sucrose invertase into different degrees of impact,while the chlorophyll content and the root activity is not obvious impact.The enzyme of traditional cultivation is lower than the other cultivation.Cultivation on various parts of the plant N,P,K content also affect more notable:the traditional cultivation of plant N,P and K is the lowest of five treatments,minor tillage and no-tillage with rice straw mulch in the N,P,K content is the highest.3.Different cultivation effects on the yield and quality of potatoThe experimental results show that different cultivation effect large on potato total sugar content and protein content,reducing sugar content and starch content of ineffective;the better quality of cultivation is no-tillage with rice straw and plastic film mulch.Plastic cover that can improve the quality of potato quality.No-tillage cultivation techniques used in potato yield rate of potato products in these two indicators are better than traditional cultivation.Minor tillage with rice straw mulch of the highest average yield of potato,and no-tillage with rice straw of the highest rates in goods potato.The above points of this study concluded:minor tillage with rice straw mulch of the average yield of the highest quality,while the tuber of best is the no-tillage with rice straw and plastic film mulch,which high of content of the potato tuber soluble protein,soluble sugar,starch,and this cultivation in the commodity rate is the highest,but this approach is too low germination rate,and lower production.Overall considerations, no-tillage straw coverage(8 cm)of cultivation optimal.
