Vegetables facility cultivation could result in soil-transmitted continuous cropping plant diseases, namely the continuous cropping of plant will bring on reduction of production or no any production, and especially cucumber, watermelon and the melon are seriously affected. What is worse is that there is no special effect agricultural chemicals preventing and controlling this disease. Only the grafting seedling thchnology can solve this plant disease. Grafting vegetable seedling technology can effectively prevent soil-transmitted diseases, and the grafted seedlings resistance and output have been improved, the quality of the vegetables basically no ill effects. Therefore, vegetables grafting technique has become a pollution-free, production and energy-saving income-generating technology, which is extensively promoted, particularly for the small areas of farmland where difficult to achieve rotation cultivation and facilities to be more applicable.Due to the small areas of land, crop rotation is difficult to achieve in Japan, in 1925 grafting technology is applied in production of vegetables at the first time. In the 1950s, this technology is applied in watermelon cultivation in Japan; in the 1980s, vegetables grafting technology throughout Japan, China and European countries. At present, more than 70 percent of watermelon used grafting technology in our countries such as Hunan, Guizhou, Fujian and Shandong provinces. In the Northeast region,to overcome obstacles and even increase resistance, the specialized households of watermelons and vegetables has also actively used for grafting nursery technology.As seedling grafting need high level technician, there are several problems in grafting seedling breeding such as low rate, poor grafted seedling survival rate, different highth of seedlings and so on.At present, although there are many industestized breeding centers and demonstrated bases, vegetables grafting rely mainly on manual operation, which seriously affected the promotion and application of vegetable grafting technology. With the progress of agricultural modernization and development, vegetable production is switching from a traditional form of individual to a modern production mode of scientific, intensive, Commercialization and market. Therefore, the establishment grafting breeding system of vegetable factory is imminent in our country.This study conducted by grafting seedlings morphology's impact on mechanical grafting operations, by cultivation test of mechanical grafted standard seedlings, drew that the suitable grafted seedlings morphology for mechanical grafting and cultivation conditions. Providing an important basis for choosing the seedlings of machinery grafted operations. Then carried the root grafting experiments, drew that the impact that the grafting of off-root and not root for the grafted seedlings height and diameter, providing an off-root basis to the actual conduct of grafted seedlings production.In this study, 2JC-500 Plug-grafted machine was put into the actual production of grafted seedlings, designed the production processes of the whole watermelon grafted seedlings for the watermelon grafted seedlings production base in Hongqi town of Suihua, the grafted seedlings production are mainly centered on the machinery graft , the production process include: rootstock and scion nursery operation, mechanical grafting operations, the healing operations of grafted seedlings, the training management of grafted seedlings, and applied the processes to the actual production of grafted seedlings in Hongqi town of Suihua. In the actual production, because of the operator unskilled in grafting operation, there existed the problems that excessive seedlings in the shed when healing the grafted seedlings, affecting the success rate of graft machinery and the survival rate of grafted seedlings, in order to propose solutions to these questions, then once again put into the actual production, the healing survival rate of grafted seedlings reached 80 percent.
