Tomato planted in greenhouse is main studying object of this thesis. In this thesis, we analyze each environmental factor's influence on tomato's growth and development, get the rule of the day variety of tomato's photosynthesis and relation function between the net velocity of tomato's photosynthesis and temperature, the intensity of illumination and the thickness of CO2, and analyze each environmental factor's influence on the net velocity of tomato's photosynthesis.On the basis of the rules of greenhouse's environmental factor's variety and the rule of tomato's growth and development, we get the measures of adjustment and control and arithmetic of optimizing control parameters in different limiting conditions. When we get optimum combination of environmental factors we fully consider control cost.Considering some rules of tomato's growth and greenhouse environmental change are difficult to express as mathematical formula, we create repository system of expert knowledge, which easily combines expert's knowledge and mathematical models. At last, we create decision support system (DSS) of environmental adjustment and control, which gives a good solution of get optimal and the most economical combination of environmental factors.
