This paper designs a two factors and four levels peanut pot experiment,measures physiological and biochemical characteristics,biomass,peanut's elements concentration, soil pH,soil's toltal elemental concentration,soil's available elemental concentration and other indexes,describes the effects of B-Cd interaction on various indexes from qualitative to quantitative,which depends on anylsis of interaction visual chart,variance analysis,rage analysis,single factor impact analysis,and type of interaction analysis, then gets some conclusions and a suggestion on B-Cd interaction in siol-plant system.Conclusions:First,B-Cd interaction has effects on all the indexes of peanut,but it is not significant.Second,the effect of B-Cd interaction on various indexes is different.B-Cd interaction mainly inhibits biomass,peanut's cadmium concentration,oil concentration,total phenolics,soil's available cadmium,and soil's available boron,and stimulates photosynthesis and peanut's boron concentration。Third,the styles of B-Cd interaction are complicated.Both different indexes and different B-Cd combinations will make different styles.Antagonistic action,synergistic action and no action all exist.Forth,adding boron can increase the boron concentration in peanuts.It also can transfer cadmium from kernels to the inedible part.Adding 0.5 mg/kg boron to no-added cadmium soil increases productions of kernels dramaticly,but it enhances the concentration of cadmium in kerneks at the same time,and the concentration is double of allowed one. Adding 0.25 mg/kg boron to no-added cadmium soil will also increase productions.Though it is not so dramatic,it reduces the cadmium concentration in peanut;phosphorus stimulates cadmium absorption;calcium inhibits cadmium absorption.A suggestion:In accordance with the thinking of plant rehabilitation,in no-added cadmium soil,we may make use of the peanut's characteristic that its the inedible part can endure cadmium to solve the hidden cadmium danger;At same time,we can make use of B-Cd interaction reducing the cadmium concentration in kernels.In this way,we can gain an economic win-win ecological result.
