The varities of imported soybean NO.20(ヒゴムスメ),NO.29(高ァソダ一),NO.136 (KLS607-3),CK(chuan dou seven) are used in this experiment.The two-factor random complete design method(RCBD) is used.The B factor is sowing date,with the five levels respectively are B1(4.10) B2(4.20) B3(4.30) B4(5.10) B5(5.20).The A factor is variety,including A1 (NO.20) A2(NO.29) A3(NO.136) A4(CK).Through reserching the influence of sowing date on the soybean's growth process,growth charateristics,dry matter accumulating,metabolism of sugar and nitrogen,yield and quality,the results are as follows:1.The influence of sowing date on the imported soybean's whole growth showed significant difference.With the postponing of sowing date,the growth prephase is obviously shortened,and the days of whole growth is correspondingly shortened.The ANOVA analysis showed that sowing date is the main factor influencing the length of growth time.2.Sowing date influenced the growth of imported soybean significantly.With the posphoning of sowing date,day average temperature and hours of sunshine increased.Plant height/stem diameter increased,while branches reached the most at B3 and B4.3.The production,distribution and transition of dry matter of imported soybean are all influenced by the sowing date.With the posphoning of sowing date,the dry weight of stem,leaf and pod,the accumulation of dry matter of sigle plant,the percentage of stem and leaf,the transition rate of stem and leaf,the dry weight of ripe pod,were all reduced.The accumulation of dry matter of very organ and the transition rate of stem-leaf and leafstalk reach the most at A3.4.The content of plant's soluble sugar and total nitrogen were all influenced by the sowing date.Between the different breeds of soybean,the conten of soluble sugar in the stem-branch and leaf reached the most at A1 and the content of soluble sugar in the pod reached the most at A2.The content of soluble sugar in the stem-branch and leaf of very breed reached the peak point at the time of blossom and pod.With the proceed of growth,the content of nitrogen in the stem,leaf and leafstalk was descended.The content of nitrogen in the pod decended after reaching the peak point at R5.5.The influence of different sowing date and breeds on the production of soybean was significantly different.The pods per plant,seeds per pod and yield per unit area reached the most at A3,but at B4A3 in the treatment combination,reaching 818.81kg/hm~2.The influence of sowing date on the production of soybean varied with different varieties,A1 reaching the highest yield at May 10(B4),A2 at April 30(B3),A3 at May 10(B4),CK at April 10(B1).6.The influence of sowing date on the content of protein and rude fat was less than the difference of varieties.Content of protein reached the most 42.37%at B2A3,while content of rude fat at A1,and content of essential amino acid at B4A3,reaching 0.2194g/g.Appropriate earlier sowing was propitious to improve the content of protein,and later sowing is propotious to improve the content of rude fat and essential amino acid.
