The soil erosion has been very serious in the red soil region. The characteristics of soil erosion is: The soil erosion is very serious in the slope land; it is very concealed in the orchard, and it has big harmfulness; in the wasteland, soil erosion is frequent, and serious soil erosion has been seen in most region. The types of soil erosion are that: Surface erosion, gully erosion and dilapidated granite. The area that surface erosion has been happened is the largest area in the red soil region, and the main type that been seen in the orchard and slope land is surface erosion. Dilapidated granite is the most serious soil erosion in the red soil region. Frequent and high-intensity rainfall and joint structure of the thick weathering crust are the main reason that dilapidated granite was happened in the red soil region. Rainfall, soil, terrain and land use are the main factors that impact soil erosion. In this paper, a relatively integral suitable indicator system for evaluating the benefit of soil erosion control model was developed. The weights are determined by using of AHP(Association for Healthcare Philanthropy), The model of gray relative level is applied in the benefit evaluation of soil erosion control model. The control mode include Closing Hillsides Management for Re-vegetation,Planting trees and grass,Building economic orchard,Transformation of Barren forest,Terrace measures et al The results showed that all five soil erosion control models have high efficiency. So the 5 models can been promoted in the red soil region, they can been Selected and been implemented appropriate in else areas according to their site conditions. In this paper, the soil erosion paradigm is established, and it is basic on the conclusion of control model benefit evaluation and give full consideration to the various factors affecting soil erosion.1. configuration soil and water conservation measures on the different slope of slope landDifferent soil and water conservation measures are appropriate to a certain slope, and they can play a high effect of water and soil conservation. farming measures can play a high effect of water and soil conservation on the sloping of 0~5°; terraced measures can play a high effect of water and soil conservation on the slope of 0~15°; hedgerows measures can play a high effect of water and soil conservation on the slope of 0~25°, Based on these results, a program of the optimal allocation can be established, the program is that: the farming should been used on the slope of 0~5°; the terraced measures should been used on the slope of 5~15°; the hedgerows should been used on the slope of 15~25°; and it should return farmland to forest for the slope land being more than 25°. This program can prevent soil erosion and also save resources effectively in hilly red-earth region.2. configuration of soil and water conservation measures on difference level granite weathering crustThe soil profile that developed from granite has significant level features, the difference of each layer is very notable about erosion-resisting characteristics. So soil and water conservation measures should be changed: when the surface soil layer and red soil layer are exposed, it is very important to increase soil infiltration index. Not only to plant trees and also to plant grass, that can increase rate of soil infiltration and infiltrating rainfall, so reduce rate of runoff and amount of erosion. When sandy soil layer is exposed, it is very important to reduce ability of runoff scour. When debris layer is exposed, degree of soil erosion is most serious, so revegetation is a very appropriate measure.3. Configuration of soil and water conservation model on different soil erosion degree regionEcosystem are degraded at different stages on different soil erosion degree region. the region where the erosion degree is deep erosion and more is at severely degraded stage. Ecosystem of moderate erosion region is at moderate degraded stage. Ecosystem of slight erosion region is at slight degraded stage e.According to the ecological succession theory: at severely degraded stage, that focuing on controlling soil erosion is very important to restore the ecosystem; at moderate degraded stage, we can prevent ecological deterioration, while controlling soil erosion; at slight degraded stage, using a simple restore or protective measures, ecosystem can be restored to a state of equilibrium.
