Through the model, the beef cattle farm construction, cattle production, investment estimates, knowledge and experience of benefit analysis from experts of industry and the relevant preferential policies of national scale agricultural investment projects be converted to data language. The user's (the owners') the construction industry planning and ideas be deal through the process of data-processing systems,fund of their cattle farm building materials,investment in civil engineering,machinery and equipment investment,investment in technology,investment liquidity be estimated; The cost of industry,sales,profits,cash flow,net present value and financial internal rate of return was analyzed,and output tables of investment estimates and investment -benefit analysis required by national agricultural projects.
