This research was conducted at institute of vegetable of Shandong agriculture academy of sciences and adopted cucumber cultivars of Donghui as scions were grafted on figleaf gourd (Cucumis sativus L) as the treated crop. In this paper, plot experiment and laboratory analysis were conducted to study the effects of nitrogen metabolism, consenescence of leaves, nutrient absorb of cucumber, Familiar diseases, the quality and the output of fruit and the main mechanism, key Enzyme in nitrogen metabolism and quality were compared and analyzed, the results were as follows:1.Interactive of N and Ca increased the leaf area and Chlorophyll content. The yield of cucumber increased firstly with the increase of application rates of N, then decreased as the yield increased up to some quantitative values, count of single plant and yield of single plant increased. but the effect of applying autunite unremarkable to increasing the yield of cucumber. Correlation analysis showed that leaf area, Chlorophyll content correlated with the yield.2.Interactive effect of N and Ca had a remarkable effect on the quality of cucumber. During increased of the application rates of N, the content of Vc, soluble sugar and soluble protein increased, and nitrate content decreased. When the application rates of N was used within 225~675kg·ha-1, the content of Vc, soluble sugar and soluble protein were at higher level, but nitrate content was at low level.3.Interactive effect of N and Ca had a remarkable affection on the nitrogen metabolism in cucumber, decreased the nitrate content of leaves and fruits. The activities of NR and GS increased with the increasing of application rates of N, and the effect of applying autunite remarkable to increasing the activity of the two key Enzymes.4.The activity of NR was negative correlation with the content of nitrate of leaves, and correlate with the content of nitrate of fruits, the activity of NR higher, the more nitrate can be assimilation, so it reduced the content nitrate and improve the utilization of N, we can improve the activity of NR at practice to Enervated more nitrate. The activity of GS had positive correlation with the content of soluble protein, which showed that the improvement of the activity of GS had relation to the content of GS protein.5.Increasing the ratio of N increased the activities of SOD, POD, CAT, and the content of MDA increase of depression gradually,. Within the scope of appropriate nitrogen fertilizer, the activities the three enzyme increase high along with enhance of nitrogen concentration, and the activities of enzymes is higher in autunite than those without autunite. Interactive effect of N and Ca the cucumber has a high ability of anti peroxidation of membrane lipid. The cell membranes can hold a long time and stability.6.Interactive effect of N and Ca can increase the nitrogen, phosphor and potassic, adding nitrogen improved the absorption of Ca of fruit, By the investigate of cucumber disease, it analyzed that it increased the disease resistance under the suitable ratio of nitrogen/autunite, urged plant growth haleness, reduced the incidence of disease.
