From the perspective of the combination of genetic and nutrition, thisstudy contains the difference of production performance?the milk composition andthe nitrogen metabolism between high yield cows and low yield cows, and alsoinclude the microsatellite locus related to the nitrogen metabolism. The experiment isdivided into two parts:Trial18healthy high yield cows and8low yield cows with similar calvingtime, parity and milk yield were choosen. They were assigned to two groups, the highare the first group, the low are the second group. The two groups had the same dailyration. This test last15days,the feed conversation ratio were measured before the first12days,the nitrogen metabolism were measured in the last3days. The main resultsshow as follows.1There were no significance between the two groups in DMI?P?0.05??but theDMI of high yield cows increases; the mean value of the milk yield, corrected milkyield and FCR in the two groups all show extreme significance?P?0.01?.2There are no significance between the two groups in milk composition?P>0.05?.3There are no significance between the two groups in nitrogen intake, fecesnitrogen and urea nitrogen and other nitrogen metabolism. The mean value of the milknitrogen excretion of the two groups indicates significance?P>0.05?.Trial28microsatellites were adopted to analysis the genetic diversity of the96cows in the Henan Ping Ding shan Si yuan breeding limited company. The number ofalleles, polymorphism information content, genetic heterozygosity and effectivealleles were measured to analyze the population genetic structure. And also, themicrosatellites related to the nitrogen metabolism were tested and found themicrosatellites related to the nitrogen metabolism. The followings are the results:1126alleles were detected from the96animals through analyzing the geneticdiversity by using the8microsatellites, average site has15alleles, which means the8microsatellites have rich diversity in the population.2The allele frequency were calculated and then the mean heterozygosity, mean polymorphism information content and mean effective alleles of the population wereobtained, the results indicated the large heritable variation, the abundant heritablediversity and the wide genetic basis.3The microsatellites related to the nitrogen metabolism were obtained throughthe variance analysis by using the SPSS17software, respectively are BM302andBM1905and also found the alleles having different degree effect on the specific trait.
