Owing to the effect of human action,the scale and speed of vegetation breakage is continued aggrandizement,thereout it bring a series of environment problem.Biology variety of the globe continually forfeit and the ecosystem gradually degenerate,the local retrogression is quite graveness.The object of vegetation comeback construct steady vegetation community,moreover it that resume the steady forest ecosystem the same to the configuration and function of the nature forest is the furthest key.How vegetation ecological function play doesn't only depend on the coverage of the surface,but also on its structure,especially the structure of the underground roots system.The root system is the body of composing frond and the apparatus of imbibing water and nutrient,its modality and distribution straight reflect the using status of forest with terra,it is the decisive function to forest growth and influence resistable ability to drought.The research that close relate requirement of vegetation comeback technology,take the two common trees P. orientalis and U. pumila which ofen used in vegetation resumption as the object of this research,in order to explore the cause of difference with the root morphology and root architecture between the nutritive bowl breeding seedling and the seed-base breeding seedling,to collect the character of root architecture and the information of its growth,in accidence to set up the index system for the description of the root architecture of these main forestation varieties,for example,P. orientalis and U. pumila,definitize wrought mechanism of strong roots and establish synthesis index system of full and scientific describing seedling root. Overpass observe biology quantity index of the seedling and difference of root morphology and root architecture,gained the main results are as follows:1.Compared with the nutritive bowl breeding seedling,the seed-base breeding seedling can promote increase of the seedling underground's root total length,root surface area and projection area.But,the nutritive bowl breeding seedling promote increase of the root tips,crossings and links and the great increase of the seedling's lateral root, because earliest growth of the seedling get limited inside the nutritive bowl, conducing the lateral root speedy increase.2.Conformation of the seed-base is that facilitate increase of the seedling root's link average diameter more advantage than the nutritive bowl.Whenas,conformation of the nutritive bowl promote increase of link average branch angle and seedling's root often coiled.3.The seed-base breeding seedling can urge the main root development and form the healthy root system of nature modality,thereby promote gowth of the seedling upground's height and ground diameter.But,earliest growth of the seedling get limited conformation of the nutritive bowl and root system coiled at the bottom of the nutritive bowl,conducing the main root is not obvious and first lateral root number increase.The difference of root/shoot ratio is not remarkable between the seed-base seedling and the nutritive bowl seedling.4.This result of the research will provide us important reference in cultivating strong seedling of high quality and composing steady vegetation community simultaneity,it will also procide us favorable theoretics basic to establish the scientific vegetation comeback technique system,in order to direct the protect and ultilize of nature vegetation and the construct of artificial vegetation.
