F24 actinomycetes inhibition on tomato on the botrytis cinerea are studied in this thesis. The research of hypha growth rate and fermentation broth inhibition activity in A, B, C, D, E, F 6 kinds of liquid culture medium, The optimum fermentation medium of the F24 strain was composed of millet 10 g,glucose10g,NaCl 2g,peptone 3 g,CaCO3 2 g,distilled water 1000ml,pH7.2 ~ 7.4. The optimum fermentation condition is the initial pH of medium 7.5, fermentation temperature 28℃, inoculumsize 10%, liquid volume 150ml (in 500ml flask), the rotational speed of oscillator is set at 140 r/min. Fermentation time for 96 h.The inhibition rate of F24 strains fermentation broth on Alternaria spp.and Phytophthora sp. is 36.74% and 39.35% respectively.The inhibition of different F24 actinomycetes fermentation broth and concentration on the botrytis cinerea mycelium and conidia showed that 2ml dose treatment combinationof E fermentation broth played stronger role on botrytis cinerea mycelium,its inhibition reached 78.87﹪,compared with other treatment combination,including 3ml dose A,3ml and 2ml dose B,2ml and 3ml dose C,3ml dose D,2ml dose E,there had not significant differences.while it had significant differences compared with all the other treatment combination. When E fermentation broth was diluted 1 times, it played stronger inhibition role on the generation of conidia,and its inhibition rate reached 83.70﹪,compared with diluted 1times C and D, they hadn't significant differences while there were significant differences when it compared with the other treatment combination.Study on seed soaking in different fermentation broth and concentrations shows, the germination rate of tomato seeds is the highest treated by fermentation broth F-5 times concentration of F24 fermentation broth,this result has significant differences with that of the treatment of five times dilution of fermentation broth A , C, D and contrast of fresh water,but it has not significant differences with the other results. The effect of promotive growth of fermentation broth A-5 times concentration on radical is most excellent, and the length of radical reaches to 3.81cm. this is not obviously different with the treatment results of five times concentration of fermentation broth B, C, F, but it is obviously different with the other treatment results.Study on irragation fermentation broth in plug-seedling of tomato substrate demonstrates, (1)the styles indexes of plant height, stem diameter, aboveground fresh and dry biomass, root length, root volume, underground fresh and dry biomass of tomato seedlings, treated by fermentation broth A diluted 150 times, are the most excellent of the four treatments. (2)the solbble carbohydrate content in the seedlings of 150 times treatment is the highest, and it is not obviously different with the contrast and 250 times treatment,but it is with 50 times treatment.(3) the chlorophyll content in the seedlings of 150 times treatment is the highest, and it is obviously different with the contrast and 50 times treatment,but it is not with 250 times treatment; (4) the ratio of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in the seedlings of 150 times and 250 times treatments is smaller, and the difference is not obvious each other, but it is obviously different with the 50 times and contrast treatments. (5) after sowing 30~35 days, the root activity of the seedlings of 150 times treatment is strongest, and it is obviously different with the others treatments; the root activity of the seedlings of 250 times and contrast treatment is stronger, it is obviously different with the 50 times treatment, but the difference is not obvious each other.
