This paper take Acer negundo L.'Qingzhu'Blades as a material, it is a kind of tree which is badly in need of cultivation for ornamental and industrial material in recent years in China. With the aim of laying a solid foundation for breeding flooding-resistance hybrid tulip tree and offering scientific basis for its promotion and application. Clones tree blades were adopted to study the change of appearance, the physiological characteristics which related with the activities of SOD, POD, CAT, the content of MDA, Pro and the relative Conductance changes under the low-temperature treatments and waterlogging stress. The main results were shown as follows:1. At fronts in the water logging, the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and chlorophyll content increased, and the content of MDA,Relative Conductance showed an unchanged trend. Then,the activities of three enzymes decreased, all in the last 28 days to minimum,POD among them are most sensitive, volume dropped 59%, SOD changed leastly; MDA accumulation rapidly,by 1.9 times as ck; Relative Conductance increased by 2 times as ck. At this point,plant leaves turning yellow shedding has been most lethal.2. At chill stress, the activities of SOD, POD andCAT in membrane increased early and decreased later; the content of MDA and relative Conductance increased in CK and CaCl2 sprayes. CaCl2 sprayes the activity of SOD and POD were higher than the same period in control. The change of Pr During low temperature stress, Pr content showed increase-fall trend. After the Stress disarm, the process illumination incubator restoration, three kind of enzyme activities had increased, the MDA content and the relative conductance may droped to the plant normal growth level, the chlorophyll content is immovability essentially, the Pr content became increased.3. The results show that, Acer negundo L.'Qingzhu'having longtime water logging of endurance;Acer negundo L.'Qingzhu'can grown in -24℃environment normaly, it have Stronger cold hardiness, and spray CaCl2 can increase resistance.
