The study was conducted on Carassius auratus(initial body weight 50g), involved in determining the effect of dietary fructooligosaccharides were detected by the disease resistance and digestive enzyme activity,they were fed to diets supplemented with 0.5g/kg,1.0g/kg,2.0g/kg,4.0g/kg fructooligosaccharides respectively,and the control contained no fructooligosaccharides.1.In the experiment of study on effects of fructooligosaccharides on the digestive enzyme activity and intestinal flora,the digestive enzyme activity in intestinal canal and in hepatopancreas were determined in 56 day,intestinal flora were determined in 0day,14 day,28 day,42 day,56 day.The results showed that fructooligosaccharides made the digestive enzyme activity in intestinal canal and in hepatopancreas climb at first,and then drop,during the experiment,activity of protease in intestinal and hepatopancreas were markedly enhanced by dietary 1.0g/kg and 2.0g/kg fructooligosaccharides,activity of amylase in intestinal and activity of lipase in hepatopancreas were markedly enhanced by dietary 1.0g/kg and 2.0g/kg fructooligosaccharides,activity of amylase in hepatopancreas and activity of lipase in intestinal were no significant difference among groups.Fructooligosaccharides enhanced the populations of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus,the dose of 1.0g/kg and 2.0g/kg fructooligosaccharides significant higher than control group,dietary 1.0g/kg,2.0g/kg,4.0g/kg fructooligosaccharides decreased the populations of Escherihia coli and Aeromonas,the effect of 2.0g/kg fructooligosaccharides was best in decreasing the populations of Escherihia coli and Aeromonas.2.In the experiment of study on effects of fructooligosaccharides on the non-specific immunity,phagocytic activity of leukocytes,lysozyme activity,blood serum superoxide dismutase activity,the content of serum complement C3 in 7day, 14day,21day,28day,42day and 56day,the results showed that the phagocytic activity of leukocytes,lysozyme activity,blood serum superoxide dismutase activity and the content of serum complement C3 in 1.0g/kg group were significantly higher than the control group,reached the top level on the 28day,21day,14day,14day respectively.The phagocytic activity of leukocytes,lysozyme activity,blood serum superoxide dismutase activity and the content of serum complement C3 in 2.0g/kg group were significantly higher than the control group,reached the top level on the 14day,14day,7day,14day,respectively.The content of serum complement C3 in group 2.0g/kg was significantly higher than 1.0g/kg group,there were no significant difference between1.0g/kg group and 2.0g/kg group on the phagocytic activity of leukocytes,lysozyme activity,blood serum superoxide dismutase activity,but the phagocytic activity of leukocytes,lysozyme activity,blood serum superoxide dismutase activity in 2.0g/kg group was higher than 1.0g/kg group.There were no significant difference between 0.5g/kg,4.0g/kg group and control on the phagocytic activity of leukocytes,lysozyme activity,blood serum superoxide dismutase activity, the content of serum complement C3 at other sampling time.3.In the experiment of study on effects of fructooligosaccharides on biological characteristic,total protein,urea,cholesterol,triglycerides and the activity of glutamate-oxaloacetate transaminase(GOT),glutamate-pyruvate transaminase(GPT) in the serum and morphometrical parameters were all measured in 0day,14 day,28 day,42 day and 56 day,contents of urea in the serum were markedly declined by dietary 1.0g/kg and 2.0g/kg fructooligosaccharides,the concentrations of total protein increased,the concentrations of total protein highest in 2.0g/kg group.The dose of 1.0g/kg-4.0g/kg fructooligosaccharides declined the concentrations of cholesterol and triglycerides,the effect of 1.0g/kg fructooligosaccharides was best,the dose of 1.0g/kg-4.0g/kg fructooligosaccharides markedly enhanced the activities of GOT and GPT,the effect of 2.0g/kg fructooligosaccharides was best.
