The paper was divided into three experiments: measurement of broiler feed crude protein and content of nitrogen and phosphorus and ammonia production in broiler faeces in different regions of Shandong, model of ammonia emission and research on reducing ammonia concentration in broiler house.Experiment one: measurement of broiler feed crude protein and content of nitrogen and phosphorus and ammonia production in broiler faeces in different regions of Shandong. Sixty-four samples of broiler(21-35 days) feed were respectively gotten from different regions, there were 9 samles from linyi and qingdao, there were 35 samples from weifang and zibo, there were 11 samples from liaocheng, there were 2 from zaozhuang and tengzhou, there were 7 samples from binzhou and dezhou. The content of the samples's crude protein was measured by Micro-Kjeldahl method. Nessler's method was used to measure ammonia emissions. The results shew that the content of the samples's crude protein was from 17% to 22%, there were 42 samples whose content was 19%.So the conclusion was drawn that most broiler feed were adapted to nutritional needs of broilers. When content of feed crude protein was reduced from 21% to 19%, ammonia emissions was lower 28.09%. When content of feed crude protein was reduced from19% to 17%, ammonia emissions was lower 14.89%.Experiment two: model of broiler growth and ammonia emissions in broiler faeces. In this experiment, some data were measured, which included the quantity of broiler dejection and the content of nitrogen in dejection and the amount of dejection prouducing alkaline air. By single-factor fitting, regression equation between the amount of dejection prouducing alkaline air and infection facors like age, feed intake, body weight and nitrogen intake was respectively established. Though GLM process, the relation between the amount of dejection prouducing alkaline air and other factors was multiplely regressed on the base of the equations. Then utilizing NLIN process for non-linear regression, taking Richards model as curve of growth, the mathematic model of alkaline air volatilization in broiler excreta was established.(1)model of broiler growth: wt = 2187(1 + 0.1569 e?0 .1428 t)?1/0.0201 (2)model of ammonia emissions in broiler faeces: Y[ NH3] = 0.178 + 0.0057 d + 0.0042 f + 0.0136WtThe model took Broiler day-old (d), food(f), weight (Wt) as variables.Experiment three: research on reducing ammonia concentration in broiler house. In broiler diets, added inulin and bacillus ,how to affact metabolism of nitrogen broiler Two hundred and forty 1-d-old Arbor Acres broiler chicks were randomly divided into four groups each including 60 broilers. The four groups were respectively basic diet group(â… ), basic diet+0.3% inulin group(â…¡), basic diet+0.1% bacillus group(â…¢), basic diet+0.3% inulin+0.1% bacillus group(â…£).Each group had six repeats. On 21 and 42-day-old, broiler faeces urease activity, uric acid, urea nitrogen content and ammonia emissions of faeces were respectively measured. The results shew that:(1)On 21-day-old, broiler faeces urease activity was inhibited in all groups. On 42-day-old,â…¡group,â…¢group,â…£group compared with the control group, inhibition rate of urease activity respectively decreased 29.4%, 23.5%, 23.8% (P <0.05 ).(2)on 21-day-old,â…¡group,â…¢group,â…£group compared with the control group, uric acid concentration respectively decreased 20.58%,17.70%, 27.16%(P<0.05). On 42-day-old, uric acid concentration respectively decreased 23.78%, 24.63%, 29.81%(P<0.05).(3)On 21-day-old,â…¡group,â…¢group compared with the control group Urea nitrogen content respectively increased 24.62%, 21.50%(P<0.05).On 42-day-old, Urea nitrogen content respectively increased 19.68%,20.32%(P<0.05),â…£group's increased 38.68%(P<0.01).(4)On 21-day-old,â…¡group,â…¢group,â…£group compared with the control group, ammonia emissions of broiler faeces respectively decreased 38.38%,20.35%,62.14%(P<0.01). On 42-day-old,â…¡group andâ…£group's respectively decreased 38.51%, 46.72%(P<0.01).
