This item studies is the constitution of the plan over agriculture science. Jining16, a early maturing and high yield new wheat variety, was breed by Jining Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It had the advantages of high quality and yield, big ears, good plumpnes and elastic seedtime. Compared with four quality varieties of Jinan17, Yannong19, Zimai12 and Jimai20, Jining16 is a specific slight winter-type and strong-gluten winter variety with enormous potential for popularization. To study and discuss on cultivation technique system for Jining16, excavate latent productive capacity sufficiently, two experiments was conducted on high fertility experimental region of Jining Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The first experiment was study on effects of different growth stages and different number of seedling, the second experiment was designed in quadritic perpendicularity and universal rotation recession with different seedling number, nitrogen application rate and nitrogen application. The production technology system for high yield and good quality and high benefit in Jining16 was established based on the experimental data and the former results. The main results were as follows:1.Jining16 was a late sowing and early maturing variety. High yield elastic seedtime of range from October 5 to October 19 may get grain yield from 7680.0kg to 8500.5kg. But the best combination was the seedtime of October 12 and 2,100,000 seedling number, the grain yield may get 8500.5kg/hm~2. Yield components was composed by 378×10~4 spike number, 46.3 kernels of per spike and 55.3g 1000-kernal weight. The yield of it increased significantly 820.5kg/ hm~2 by 10.68% than the combination of October 19 seedling and 2,700,000 seedling number, increased 280.5kg/ hm~2 by 3.41% than the combination of October 5 seedling and 1,950,000 seedling number. So the combination of October 12 seedling and 2,100,000 seedling number was the best. The year of 2005-2006 was warm peculiar cold autumn winter age, for improving the dependable crop modulus , we could take the appropriate adjustment considering the age climate and the soil fertility basis , working together to above-mentioned the best group.2. Carried on the main factor analysis to the result of quadritic perpendicularity and universal rotation recession, The effect of three factors of seedling number, the topdressing period and the topdressing nitrogen amounts on output was in proper order: topdressing nitrogen amounts > topdressing period > The simulation being in progress to what be built a model is optimized , it could reach to the largest yield of 8686.50kg / hm~2 when 2267000 seedling number, topdressing period of March 28 and 326.55kg / hm~2 topdressing nitrogen amounts gained. Carried on the single factor analysis to the model to indicate: this variety best basic seedling is 2.544 million. When Higher than 2,544 million, along with the increase in basic seedling, Economical output drop, when below2,544 million, along with the increase in basic seedling, Economical output rise. When pursuing the nitrogen period with March 27, wheat output is maximal, output rise along with the time's Defer that before pursuing the nitrogen period's on March 27, After March 27, output drop. When pursuing urea amounts with 317.40 kilograms of per hm~2, output is maximal, when below 317.40 kilograms of per hm~2, Follow that to rise with increasing by , output pursuing urea amounts, but higher than 317.40 /hm2 kilograms of, output rise.3. Based on the results of two experiment and the former results, we summarized the procedure of production technology system for high yield of 8250kg/hm2 when the seedlings sowed at suitable stage and technology system for high yield from 6000 kg/hm~2 to 7500 kg/hm2 when late sowing.4. Wheat demonstration and promotion of Jining 16Three counties in the project area and other surrounding counties follow the"Advantage variety + Advantage technical " model, have prompted 6,670,000 hm~2 about Jining 16. 2,500,000 hm~2 has been promoted in the core area in 2007-2008, 4,000,000 hm~2 will be promoted in 2008-2009. According to the character of Jining16, pay more special attention to the specialized production, widely establishes the demonstration point, the model district, does well technical training and the propaganda, aspect and so on perfect agricultural technique promotion information service system work..
