Soybean was considered the major source of protein and plant oil. The crude protein content wasabout40%, crude fat content was40%. The protein content was reached about40%in bean pulp, so itwas the good animal feed plant protein source. Due to the double pressures of population increasing andplanting area decreasing, In the future, China’s soybean sufficient supplied was complete by improvingyield per unit area. In the paper, we studied the cause of the low yield and unstable yield. The new soybean variety diancang2was comprehensive evaluated through field experiments. The nitrogen fertilizer,plant density, key technology of soybean rust control were considered key methods to influence yield ofsoybean. In this research, test data was analyzed by DPS statisticsoftware. Through data analyses andstudy findings, we developed technique rules for high yield for soybean variety diancang2, andpromoted large area production model.In the paper, different soybean varieties were compared, soybean varieties contained diancang2,zheng92116(c),97h-2-2,PI084631,PI084946-2and PI096983. The results showed that the yield ofdiancang2was significant different from others, it had the highest yield at2272.5kg/hm2. Soybeanvarieties diancang2had high quality and good comprehensive characters, protein content reached44.21%, fat content was18.9%. Soybean variety diancang2was planted in winter in southern area ofthe tropic of cancer, altitude below900meters. Soybean variety diancang2was cultivated in autumn inYunnan hotspot below1200meters altitude.Choosing soybean variety diancang2as material, we had studied the influence of different plantingdensity on soybean yield in summer. The experiment design5treatments,every treatment repeat threetimes:90000plants/hm2,120000plants/hm2,150000plants/hm2,180000plants/hm2,187500plants/hm2,the results of the trials indicated that Soybean production peak appeared in the planting density of180000plants/hm2,it was considered the best planting density of diancang2. Multi-point test showedthat, in summer, diancang2sutable planting density was180000plants/hm2in Yunnan province.Multi-point test showed that sutable planting density was177000~187500plants/hm2in winter,330000~444000plants/hm2.In this study, the correlation of agronomic characters and of soybean yieldwere researched betwen112bred varieties and part of the introduction of varieties, we discovered thatthe correlation of soybean plant yield and the total number of section(main stem section number and thenumber of branch section) was more closely (correlation r=0.70**),so we suggest that soybean totalnumber of section was considered the soybean characteristic index.In this paper, we studied the influence of different nitrogen fertilization levels on soybean varietyDiancang2yield. The experiment design5treatments:0kg(ck),75/hm2,150/hm2,225/hm2,300/hm2.Other use of fertilizers include using organic fertilizer15000kg/hm2,750kg/hm2,superphosphatepotassium sulfate150kg/hm2.The result showed that Without nitrogen treatment(ck), soybeanproduction was the highest2107.5kg/hm', Compared with no nitrogen, using nitrogen fertilizerresulted in soybean lower production. The range of Production reduced was6.0%~6.0%, conclusion: organic fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer in the soil under the condition of sufficient, itdoes not need to use nitrogen fertilizer planted soybean in the process of soybean production.This study also arranged fungicide soybean variety Diancang2rust disease prevention and cureeffect test in Jingdong county of yunnan province. Soybean variety diancang2was used in the study,antiseptic included DOMARK230ME100g/ha,BAYLETON(triadimefon) content is15%(125g/ha),TOPSIN M content is70%(1225g/ha), DACONIL content is75%(1125g/ha), AMISTAR content is250g/L(100g/ha), FOLICUR content is430g/L(90g/ha), TILT content is250g/L(125g/ha),CK with out fungicides. The results showed that7kinds of fungicides of soybean rust have varyingdegrees of control effects. Prevention and treatment of soybean rust prior to use70%mildothane and75%of chlorothalonil. Triadimefon had a high efficiency, low toxicity, low residue, the effective length,the advantages of moderate price, it could be used as recommended in soybean rust prevention ofcommonly used drugs.In addition to the above several experimental studies, on the basis of experimental study, weestablished a standard technical procedures of soybean variety cultivation diancang2. According to thetechnical regulations, soybean planting area reached666.7hm2, output of soybean was1725kg/hm2.
