Effects Of Two Kinds Of Different Type Energy Feed On Lactation Performance And Plasm Biochemical Traits Of Dairy Cows

The purpose of this thesis is to study effects of two kinds of different type energy feed (steam-flaked corn and sweet corn stalk silage) on lactation performance and plasm biochemical traits of dairy cows.To discuss the reaction mechanism of steam-flaked corn and sweet corn stalk silage on lactation performance and plasm biochemical traits of dairy cows, provided theorization basis for related production applicationExperiment of steam-flaked corn:Forty healty Holstein dairy cows in mid-lactation,which have similar milk yield, lactation period and parity,were divided randomly into five groups:Control group,Exp.group1, Exp.group2, Exp.group3, Exp.group4.The supplementary level of steam-flaked corn in CG,EG1,EG2,EG3 and EG4 were 0%,25%,50%,75% and 100% in the ratio respectively,the basic ration was the same.The duration of expriment was 68d.The result shows:Adding in different proportion steam-flaked corn can increase the milk yield(P>0.05)and raise the fat and SNF in the milk(P>0.05),but,it can improve the protein and lactose in the milk(P<0.05);besides,when the proportion of steam-flaked corn is 50%,the increasing trend of milk yield is maximum.The steam-flaked corn has a tendency of improving the GLU, T3 and PRL(P>0.05),while has a tendency of decreasing the level of BUN,COR and T4 in plasm(P>0.05). Experiment of sweet corn stalk silage:Forty healty Holstein dairy cows in mid-lactation,which have similar milk yield, lactation period and parity,were divided randomly into four groups: Exp.Group1, Exp.group2, Exp.group3, Exp.group4. The supplementary level of sweet corn stalk silage in EG1,EG2 and EG3 were 5kg/d,10kg/d and 15kg/d,respectively ,the EG4 was 10kg/ head·d (sweet corn stalk silage)+ 5kg/head·d (sweet corn), the basic ration was the same. The duration of expriment was 68d.The experiment shows that the sweet corn stalk silage can increase the milk yield(P>0.05);especially,the optimization result is 10kg/head·d(sweet corn stalk silage)+ 5kg/head·d (sweet corn).The sweet corn stalk silage can improve the ratio of protein,SNF and lactose in milk of dairy cows(P> 0.05),About the plasm measured items,it can improve the GLU and BUN level in plasm(P>0.05).The sweet corn stalk silage can decrease the level of Cort, T3 and T4 in plasm(P>0.05);besides,it can improve the level of PRL in plasm(P>0.05).
